The 10mm socket found its way to a broken drain and fell in, vanishing forever.

It's always the 10mm.

Was a good ride, but one thing confuses me. Prism avoids Alignment because she's neurodivergent and the company didn't know that. But if her father is/was the CEO, how was he unaware? Was he really so withdrawn to not notice significant medical developments in his own daughter that he worked with? That feels like a plot hole. Or a really sad statement about Suncatcher.

I'm sure glad my meds aren't illegal.

“I also bought you a scarf,” the suited pony said, taking it out of the bag. “It’s cold, and I thought you might appreciate something warm.”

Phantom didn't say anything about the scarf not affecting her Alignment ....

“That wasn’t a lie, was it?” I asked. “He’ll be okay?”

“Were you lying about coming back to get him?” Prism asked.

“No.”

“There you are, then,” she said.

Actually, that is not an answer ....

Huh, most of the way through I was so sure that Starlight's equalists philosophy was going to be at the core of the AI take over ....
