A lot of people like me get on the Internet and rant about how "religion is ruining everything, and anyone who believes in God is retarded!"
I don't find this approach particularly productive. I prefer to just have some fun with religion.
That seems like a very specific denial, Twilight. We may finally be able to solve the Great Candy Bar Caper of 1994!
Ironically, I think Nietzsche had the best solution to the whole, "why not kill yourself and go to heaven." The Kingdom of God was just a state of mind of absolute love, acceptance, poverty and freedom from the world, sort of a zen thing.
Of course, being Nietzsche, he hated it. Not as much as he hated the later, more literal form of Christianity that overthrew Rome and corrupted his beloved Germans, but slightly more than he hated just about everything else. Loved Hindus and Napoleon Bonaparte, though. Very, very odd person.
That was the greatest fic ever. Period. Operation catapult 3.0 anyone?

That's actually really interesting. I've always had a strange fascination with religion and theology, even though I've never believed in it. Maybe its a 'road not traveled' sort of thing. I don't care too much for the atheists who just rant about it. I prefer to have some fun.

That was incredible. Absolutely stunning. I'm a bit reluctant to thank iloveportalz0r, seeing as he's a horrible creature, but... hey, credit where credit is due - his endorsement made me read this story, and although belonging to a sect of Christianity, I find this strangely breathtaking.
I am horribly jealous - I could never push the literal bounds of religion and sanity as this. Pascal, you have unwittingly created a masterpiece that deserves recognition and praise - PERHAPS SOME RAPE TOO, but there's time for that later.
