Crysis Commander

You do you the best you can do.

They say that whoever finds the book shall never know a peaceful night again. Nothing could be closer to the truth. It was only a matter of time before Twilight found the old book on a dusty shelf in her library. Once she opened it, however, the very fabric of her being and beliefs would never heal from the scars that the contents of the book left on her very core.
Not be be taken in the smallest amount of seriousness. (set in the universe of one of my other fanfics, "You Are The Father". If you haven't read that one yet, I would recommend it since it will explain a few things.)

Hehe, Twilight's face alone may have convinced me to put this on my read list.

This is probably going to get as many dislikes as likes, which it shouldn't.
It wasn't great, but it was worth my time to read.

Lol. Upside-down is right.

Great work!:pinkiehappy:

Bible Black - Heaven And Hell

My God! The Tome of Inverted Pretentious Prattle! She found it! Not that I know what it is, but she found it!

Yeah. This wasn't exactly my best work. Honestly, I wrote this in two hours while listening to copious amounts of Five Finger Death Punch. This was just an idea I had that I wanted to get out of the way before I wrote the next chapter of "Trix of the Trade".

Like I said to Mr. Davis, this really isn't my best work. I put two hours max into this thing just to get the idea out of my head so I could continue with my other works. If you want to see my best, check out my other fics. I'm much more proud of them than this one.

Nobody would ever get girls to go out with them with that philosophy.
Trust me. I'm the expert on never having a girlfriend.

I love your stuff. It has such a unique quality of humor to it. I can pick you out in a crowd, no doubt.

As for the story itself, it lacked slight on the overall concept, but was almost flawless when it came to grammar and spelling. You're really improving as a writer!

Lord, reading through the story, ever time I got to the parts where somepony read the scripture, I had horrid flashbacks to this guy I had to talk to in Skyrim for the main quest line, Septimus Signus. Let me copy a line or two from a book he wrote, and you can draw your own conclusions.

Rumination on the Elder Scrolls - by Septimus Signus, College of Winterhold
Imagine living beneath the waves with a strong-sighted blessing of most excellent fabric. Holding the fabric over your gills, you would begin to breathe-drink its warp and weft. Though the plantmatter fibers imbue your soul, the wretched plankton would pollute the cloth until it stank to heavens of prophecy. This is one manner in which the Scrolls first came to pass, but are we the sea, or the breather, or the fabric? Or are we the breath itself?

Can we flow through the Scrolls as knowledge flow through, being the water, or are we the stuck morass of sea-filth that gathers on the edge?

Imagine, again this time but different. A bird cresting the wind is lifted by a gust and downed by a stone. But the stone can come from above, if the bird is upside down.

Where, then, did the gust come from? And which direction? Did the gods send either, or has the bird decreed their presence by her own mindmaking?

The all-sight of the Scrolls makes a turning of the mind such that relative positions are absolute in their primacy.

Ya, about that ^

Never speak of that book! EVAR!!!:raritydespair:

That picture... it speaks to me... it tells me to read this story...

Yes, picture, I shall add this to my list... :twilightsheepish:

Edit: Koans and Ice Cream Koans. Yay.

Double edit: And you can turn it upside-down and get that. Equestrian is quite the language...

Once again, my house fell apart from all the
manly laughter erupting from within it.

I understood those paradoxes perfectly, after all...

This sentence is false.

Upon your request, I have read this story. It was the one that called out to me the most due to the plot and the image attactched, but no worries I will read the others as well. This story was quite unique, never read anything like it before. You captured every characters essance perfectly, especially the princess of the night however I doubt she would ever write "Twilight has a penis" on the moon. Still, it made me laugh :rainbowlaugh:
The story itself was sensational, flawless grammar and again I reiterate you captured the characters perfectly. However I do not understand the ending. How could a book read completely differently one way than the other? Even so I love the idea behind it. It was a good story, and fun to read. Luckily for me it was also short since I am in class and have limited time to read anything at the moment :twilightsheepish:
I look forward to the other fics you have written.

Thank you very much, though this is not exactly my best work. :twilightblush:

2084570
Regardless it is still good  I plan on reading the others. Was there one in particular you would like for me to read first?

I'm not sure, exactly. I know that Dealing With Heretics is my best work. You may read them as you wish. :pinkiehappy:
