Well, more or less the entirety of the starting sequence. Starting with hundreds of soldiers guarding 1 random guy that popped out in Equestria accidentally and exists basically as a rare zoo animal in a preserve in some underground bunker, ending with Celestia being quadrillions of years older than the universe. Not saying it should be re-written, there's nothing wrong with it narratively, it's just that it made me roll my eyes. There's a place for everything, including silliness, but there's can be also too much of anything as well.
