I haven't touched on that too much yet, but the simple answer is that he's not a fan of the taste of them. He prefers Sparkle Cola. He'll use one, but he's normally pretty reluctant to do so.

That it is. I love Nuka Break, and I got to searching around, and I didn't really see any stories that covered a similar arch that it did. Not to mention, from what I've read so far, and the Wiki, there wasn't a Stable that was set into place for Vault 10, so I had to fix that. Thus the reason for Stable 124. I do hope that Somber doesn't mind me basically having Horse contract that stable to be created, and used to test Sparkle Cola and various snacks, around the same time that he was working for Applejack at the Ministry of Peace.
Cool story. Added to my read list. Keep up the good work.

Hopefully you'll enjoy it. Outer Worlds: Equestria is something of a tie in with it.
Read the story, loved Small Fry, I love a lot of the premises and the character development and how they interact. My issues on the story is still the same as the Out Worlds, whiles less bad, it still lacks a sense of atmosphere to place and the time passing markers, or a sense of the thought process of finding a solution to an obstacle . A little more descriptions/impression that accompany the dialogue especially with the NPC for the quests, that feel too much a throw away at times despite seeing a definitive improvement in your writing, the manner they are presented then somehow tends to come flat.
Still I am looking forward to see more of this
...Am I the only one thinks these lines make this sound like the plot for a slice of life story? Please respond to this comment.

It certainly could be taken as such, if it wasn't that it is a Fallout Equestria story. As such, even a 'slice of life' in Fallout Equestria would have a ton of action in it. Between defending from Raiders, dealing with Hellhounds, and of course dealing with the left over radiation that's still everywhere.
