AND AS FOR YOU...... I appreciate this story.
Not only was I cheated out of my glorious return.
But Discords whole arc from his redemption in Season 3 all the way to Season 8 was ruined for the sake of a plot twist that made no sense and as SOOOOO infuriating.
They ruined my legacy,
Tarnished my reputation,
and possibly ruined any potential return for yours truly...
I feel... betrayed.
But... It's good to know that there are loyalists.... like you.
This is quite intimidating. Not only is this Grogar the Thanos of Equestria, but he also is like It in so many ways then one. I have some dialogue that might be beneficial to your upcoming Grogar is Real story, if there is one in development.
As the bell aimed at Grogar, Tirek noticed the necromancer ram didn’t look the least bit afraid. If anything, he looked more bored and disappointed at the turn of events. ‘It’s only a farce,’ Tirek thought. ‘In just mere moments, he’ll be nothing but dust and we’ll be the ones running the show.’
With a ghostly loud ring, the bell unleashed its power on its first wielder to begin draining his magic. Cozy Glow and Chrysalis looked on in anticipation, wanting to see the Mighty Grogar become weak and powerless. But what came next stumped, and admittedly frightened, them…
Grogar wasn't affected at all!
“What happened? Why isn’t he dust?!” Chrysalis cried out in disbelief. Cozy Glow nervously shrugged her shoulders.
“Maybe we read the spell wrong?” She speculated, albeit very unsurely of her own words. “Let me try.”
She grabbed the bell and pointed it back at Grogar.
“Bewitching Bell,” she cried out, “Destroy Grogar!”
The bell activated again, but the result was still the same. The three villains were most puzzled by this.
“Why isn’t it absorbing his magic?” Tirek questioned. “What are we doing wrong?”
Grogar began chuckling softly, then he loudly guffawed at the three’s stupidity and disbelief before he easily broke out of Chrysalis’ goo like it was dried glue and trotted forward menacingly towards his “underlings.”
“You fools,” he mocked, “did you really think that you could have used the bell to take away MY magic? Ha! Well, the book neglected one tiny, minuscule detail.”
Grogar then narrowed his eyes at them and growled, “The bell cannot be used against its original wielder.” Quicker then a fly, he grabbed Chrysalis by the throat and forcefully pulled her closer to his face.
“And I am the original owner of the bell.”
With the strength of a thousand Rockhooves, Grogar tossed Chrysalis towards his "throne" and headbutted at Tirek's chest before he incapacitated Cozy by blasting her to the wall. The bell then flew over to him and attached itself to his harness/collar as a surge of power flooded his body while he bellowed at the amount of magic coursing through his very being. Afterwards, Grogar glared at the three treacherous individuals who attempted (and failed) to backstab him, all while relishing their looks of fear and disbelief.
“Did you three really thought that you could betray me? The most powerful lifeform to have ever roamed Equestria’s soil and history?! If you thought you could learn the secrets of my bell and take over my scheme to rule Equestria, you’re even more incompetent then I realized!”
By the gods...you...have done well. No...you did FANTASTIC WITH THIS STORY!!!
The only criticism I have is the lack of periods in some of the lines of the characters. Otherwise, this is spectacular. I’m going to follow you now.

Hmm.... Really interesting
Nice one-shot. I'm one of those who was disappointed that Grogar was never there n the first place but it was Discord. Though the idea of really having him but in a more comedic fashion crossed my mind. Example:
The threat to equestria was stoped, everyone celebrated the defeat of the terrible trio and all returned to normal.
AJ: I'm glad it's all over
RD: You said it
Twilight: Well at least we know Grogar wasn't real
Discord: Who said he isn't real.
With a snap of his fingers Discord the mane 6 and the princesses vanished only to apear in a familiar place.
Twilight: Wait this is the Silver Stable Retirement Community
Discord motioned the group to follow him. Inside the retirement home, the group came to the pool and to everyones shock Grogar was sitting in one of the chairs.
Discord: Daddy!!!
Grogar: Clarice is that you? Is it time for my bath?

The government has told us to stay at home for two weeks (but I´ve already assumed that at least from two or four months at home). I completely agree with you since Discord is my favorite character along with Fluttershy I didn't like what they did to him in the finale, they made him look like a dummy even though he had good intentions. The twist, I was not really fond of. It's like Discord was only there just to cause the whole problem by pretending to be Grogar and setting the villians free, that's like a big spit on his character arc I really wished they could've given him a more better role than that and I'd rather Grogar be real with a bit more character that way it would be a real challenge for Twilight and the girls to defeat a real serious big time threat to Equestria that will put the their friendship to the test. I know some writers aren't perfect, but they could've at least put a little more thought into the show's story and think a little more about what fans will think and how it will play out.
This was a great confrontation between Grogar and the Tree of Harmony I always suspected that the spirit of Harmony would be none other than Gusty the Great in the form of Twilight that sounds like a better twist

Oh dear so grogar finally reach to the tree of Harmony and try to destroy it but the Spirit of Harmony stopped him and they prepare to battle each other but unfortunately her power is going down because there's some disturbance going on as in the Legion of Doom are spreading their lies of the ponies and the creatures around the country of not trusting each other and apparently the spirit is Gusty the Great but don't worry they might won the battle but the war is not over yet good will prevail

However, you're stories make more sense. This one makes sense to tell what the REAL Grogar was secretly doing while secretly getting his minions to turn the pony races against one another.
