Good chapter but also a sad one at the same time. Sad and heartbreaking that Gusty has to leave her daughters to work for Grogar.

I saw it. I have many things to say about it!
It is intriguing but I think that G4 is way better. First, one of the reasons I love FIM is because of the beautiful 2D animation. Although common in cartoon series nowadays, they don´t give me the aesthetic satisfaction as FIM. One thing´s sure, my stories will still focus in G4. I just think it´s painful to think that all Twilight and her friends fought for was forgotten. Also, I´m not really into the choice of casting celebrities as the main characters. I actually talked about it with my sister while walking. Though I appreciate it´s more diverse, they give me the impression they won´t take it very seriously as a voice actor like Tara Strong would. Voice acting it´s very underrated. If they wanted to be diverse, they should have hired poc voice actors. There are also many talented poc aspirants to be voice actors! Come on Hasbro!
Still, the characters are interesting. Izzy is super adorable, Pipp gives me Karol G vibes (probably because of the wings), and I like that they made Zipp athletic but also into science. It´s an uncommon thing to see on media!

Well I'm not saying that I hate it, but It seems a little bit generic and the cgi animation isn't bad but I don't think it carries the same charm and spark that gen 4 had don't get me wrong the characters Hitch and Izzy seem funny and adorable to me it's just that I think it would be best if they have gen 5 tell another story of its own like somewhere in another place a away from Equestria instead of saying that everyone in the far future divided and harmony started falling apart because it feels like after everything Twilight Sparkle and her friends have done and stood for was all nothing and that Twilight became ruler just for friendship and harmony in society to suddenly collapse by some unknown thing or like everypony learned nothing. plus I know this is a new generation of ponies but they just seem too unfamiliar to me and if they think of putting Discord in this they can at least either do him right so he can redeem himself to the fans or just leave him out if they're gonna do the same thing over again with him like in the finale, then I refuse to watch them ruining him any further again also because I can't stand seeing him without Fluttershy around, THEY BELONG TOGETHER!!!😭 Also it just seems like another "everyone must get along together" thing, g4 did have a slice of life, comedy, adventure and a little bit of action sometimes

Well, maybe the series have more variety in the plot. Also, seeing the ponies in a so modern world is so... weird and cringy. The only one allowed to have a cell phone is Discord
. And if they did it because they thought they would appeal gen Z that way... I´m out

Uh.. first of all I think you mean you can't stand to see him living forever without Fluttershy instead of leaving, second of all yeah it'll be too depressing and as much as I wanna see Discord again because it'll never be the same or it will be to boring without him I don't want to risk the fact they might regress him again like in AMOP or keep making him make the same wrong decisions dumb mistakes again like in the finale.

I personally think they went for that style to strike fear on people, which is why there were grotesque carvings, paintings and sculptures of monsters, gargoyles being a primary example :raritywink, although they also served as guardians:. Then again, I´m also a nerd of medieval stuff, so this chapter was a delight to write 
Thanks! I decided to use it because I always felt intimidated by it every time I visit a cathedral, aside from the fact that I think that a gothic cathedral would be a perfect villain´s lair
