I love to write, and I'll write just about anything. I seem to be most well known for my stupid little comedy pieces though...

This story is a sequel to Tally Marks

Sunset wouldn't say she's been lying to her friends. She wouldn't say she's been hiding anything from them. She just hasn't been ready to tell them about her depression. It has never felt like the right time. Or place. She doesn't have the right words. The right tone.

But she doesn't want to keep facing this alone. So she tells the one person, or pony rather, she is ready to: Princess Twilight Sparkle.

Formatting got a little weird at the end but is good.

.... I have no idea what happened there. In the edit there's a lot of whitespace and it's all getting lost...

Very nice. While the differing typographic alignments do make for a pretty good distinction their are a few spots where mostly due to length of a line it can be a trifle confusing to see the jump. Might consider differing colors or styles of text.

Initially, I thought the quote feature would have worked better, but as the story went on, it turned out your method was a lot clearer than I thought it would be. Good stuff.

Not bad
I really want to see if this series continues.

Does this takes place before tally marks?

But, didn’t she say she already told the princess?

Honestly, the exact timeline of events isn't really important. All of these stories are connected and happen in the same world, yes, but it's not about which happens first.

This is the latest entry into the series. It starts back with "The First Step" if you haven't read them all.

I remember what it's like going through depression and maybe I should've read the other stories first.

While there certainly is an order to them, they're standalone for a reason. I hope you enjoy the others :)
