This already makes more sense than the episode.

...Seriously, though, that episode was just confusing.

Just what the hay even happened there? "Just be yourself"? What?? I don't think that even has anything to do with happened here.

I'd have totally bought it if some sort of dark magic, magically charged fabric, amulet, or moderately evil changelings were involved somewhere along the way, but without it the episode is just about Fluttershy literally going insane for no adequately explained reason, and the ending gag seems to imply it never even got resolved!
