Such a delightful new collaboration. Definitely enjoying Spike trying to show that he can handle such a massive responsibility. Especially given how the ponies retained their actual sizes with only mental regression taking place. That certainly increases the difficulty by a lot!
Starlight and Fluttershy are definitely, in my opinion, the cutest in this tale. They are so simple and getting along extremely well. They also don't seem to be causing Spike much trouble... yet.
Rainbow Dash going exploring was definitely adorable. Seeing how some of their personality traits still exist in a regressed state is most interesting. It kind of shows that, even when you may have been little, there were still parts of you that continued to always be there. :)

Spike isn't a stallion, he's a dragon. Even then, he's more like a colt, being young and all.

You made this chapter a lot of fun. The whole 'Water Park' theme for bathing was great. Feeding had its fun, too. Cutest moment, for me, was when Dashie fell asleep on the tray. Cute times!

I thought originally that Twilight was not influenced and was still fully mature. She just does this out of preference. It could help strengthen your story if Spike has someone intelligent to talk to.
You could give it a shot, it would kind of shake things up. Maybe something goes wrong and they do that as a sort of compromise.
D'aww! At least Spike got a nice end to his stressful, and sleepless, night. I'm sure he never rested better than when he had Rarity cuddling with him there in his bed.
Good to see Discord actively trying to sabotage everything. It wouldn't be him if he didn't manipulate the game in some sort of way.
This chapter certainly does well in showing how difficult it really is to care for little ones. One is a challenge while seven is just crazy! Spike will certainly need a long nap himself once this is all done.
I was kinda hoping Twilight wouldn't be regressed and was still mature. Just doing this willingly. It would give Spike someone to talk to.

It was great hearing a callback to the Lyra and Bon-Bon story. I don't believe that story got finished but I do remember the adventure the mares of S.M.I.L.E. had started.
The scavenger hunt really put the cherry on top for the story. Twilight with Cheerilee, Bon-Bon with Rarity, Trixie with Dashie, and Derpy with Starlight and Flutters was super cool. I really liked Derpy's attempt to communicate with the little ones.
Nice story and wrapped up very well. I do like when you reference other stories you've written. It makes everything so much more fun. :)
That last bit of the ending. Are you going to turn that into a story?

I love how everyone got humilated especially Discord when Fluttershy out him in a diaper and dress. Though I think Spike deserved some humilation to!
