Spoilers for the movie and the book Tempest's Story.

During the restored Friendship Festival, Twilight knows she has an apology to make to Queen Novo.

She is not the only one.

A short oneshot to tie some loose ends from the movie.

A well-intentioned premise but dude, you seriously need an editor.

If this is a one-shot then why is it marked incomplete?

Let's be honest, this has an interesting premise, but the pacing is way too quick for this sort of thing, and as much as I hate to agree with Awesomo, you need an editor to patch a few things up here and there.

I don't have a beta or even know how I can send someone the fics to edit as I don't feel comfortable using email for it

If you hadn't then you would have found out that while I am still angry about the attempt to steal my horn, I do understand

I think you meant "Pearl" instead of "horn" here.

What the film should've done.

But I do agree about what the others said, particularly this line

"Please anything, I will accept if you want me thrown into a dungeon, banished and thrown into the dungeon to the place where you banished me from... then I will accept it!" Twilight told Queen Novo with a pleading look getting incredulous looks from Twilight and Tempest.

Er, you mean Novo right?

Yeah add a few minutes and they should put something like this
Thanks and I will fix it

I know but I wanted to write something a bit different

Again, I like the premise of this one, but it needs an editing pass. I caught a typo where Tempest says that she sold her "sound" when I'm sure you meant "soul".
Still, Twilight apologizing was something the film needed, so have an upvote from me.

Thanks I'll fix it and plus I may come to you next time I have a story so thanks again

Agree with other comments here, paicing is too quick, and some lines need editing. Find someone and use Google docks. Also, my personal gripe in ALL the stories where Twilight apologizes. Her friends do not seem to apologize to Twi, or Novo ALMOST(saw one fic where the apology was mutual), never apologizes to Twilight or anyone. I mean, really. She ran and hid behind a rock, like a scared rat. NOBODY EVER takes the side of Twilight, who's friends f*cked EVRYTHING up, she had to bail them time and time again, and when they got to finish line, she got denied her only hope. "One little thing". Does it sound like the type of help you want, when your country burns in ashes, and your presidents are as good as dead?! Think about it. To her it's real life, once you lose, that's it. Finish, life doesn't accept retakes.

Sorry, really hate those, who only ever blame Twilight. Like, with burning passion.

TL;DR:
1)Pinkie is suicidal
2)Rainbow messed up, doomed a crew, and made Twilight bail them again.

Novo and her friend's apologies is what it needed. Put yourself in Twilight's hooves.
1) Pinkie treats REAL life threatening(not fear-inducing trees) situation as a joy ride. She jumps on a roap, which is held by a pony(notimportant), who slides aafter the ship already. JUMPS. Pony looses grip on roap, Pinkie falls, Twilight barely saves her, and Pinkie LAUGHS. There's an Element of Laughter, and then there's idiocy.
2) Rainbow has this "bright" idea to make a rainboom. They don't know just how close Tempest is, but they were assuming that she was hot on their trail. Twlight saves them again, by bailing the pirate ship, and crafting a hot air baloon while free falling. Also, Rainbow apparently doomed the crew to death. We know that in the end everyone was alive and all, but think "in the moment". They bail, but Pinkie also leaves DIRECT F*CKING GUIDE on how to find them. This doesn't bear much weight though, since others didn't know that Pinkie drew on the map.

I personally think Twilight had nothing to apologize for.

Queen Novo was supposed to be an ally of Equestria, but turned her back on them once Equestria needed help.
That, at best, turned her into an acquaintance or, at worst, a traitor to their alliance.

She did what was best for her people and Twilight did what was best for her people. They are both equally guilty of intentionally putting harm on each others nations.
