I went through a similar phase where I calculated the average size of pony genitalia and compared it to the average size of human genitalia using the generally agreed upon calculation of average pony (general) size and the size of actual equines. The results were actually rather surprising, as it turned out that ponies (assuming they are of a similar size to humans as modeled) are actually smaller on average, only by about an inch or so, but still, I found that pretty interesting.
The downside is that now every time I read about how "small" human males are in comparison to their stallion counterparts I wince. The two exceptions being Xenophilia, a story in which ponies are less human-sized and more equine-sized, and shameless clop, where it's usually a part of some kind of fetish.
