6414387 Honestly Littepip should blubber about the Cannibals. After all, i'm sure not all of them were cannibals. It's suppose to be a safe community so you have to figure that there'd be plenty of ponies who would move there if it meant they could safely raise their fouls. I was reading a Fallout Equestria fic about the fates of the, "bad guys". The main character had a marefriend living at that place that Littlepip annihilated, who is now dead. So there's that
6414387
And Memories, as you said. The protagonist slowly losing her mind and devolving into a psychopath is a completely different experience than an angsty protagonist.
Also what part of the world is this placed in? I can't really tell...
6415689
Well, I've got a map placing it, but I'm afraid that, while I know that my map's divergent from PH's canon in a variety of respects, I don't recall just what those respects are (beyond PH canon having the Highlands be much smaller, I think). I do know that PH has Hoofington in the eastern regions of Equestria, though.
6410711 yeah but blackjack did kill u-21 the stallion p-21 loved. So it's understandable.
6416137 ok...?

...Was that not what you were asking? Sorry.
Another well done chapter, heheheh, good lord this was a good one.
Good grief, poor Glory Dx ouch, those bastards...
Kill em BJ! 8D
Nicely done, ocne again!
Now onto save P-21
6415641 That is explained in the original FO:E
So at this point she probably has nine maybe ten telekinetic bullets per day. Nice, the only way to disarm her now is to dismember her or outright kill her and with her luck and endurance that will take some doing... And maybe an army. Or just out and out fight dirty long range sniping, poison, that kind of thing.
*screaming internally*
never thought I'd catch up.
6418931 Well so much for that comparison then!
Basically in The Commonwealth they are able to build sapient androids. There's only a small questline about them in FO3, but seeing as the Institute is MIT, Fallout 4 should feature them prominently.
The food has been infected by the Enclave.
The energy is drained from fires too?
Haha, going from encouraging to saving. The farmhouse was a test.
On the backs of the surface... kinda like slave owners earning prosperity on their slave labor.
I really don't know why Dash is vilified so much. She seemed to be the best of all of them at the end of FO:E. It isn't even really known what her fate was other than she fought Gilda after surviving Canterlot.
6418097
I know that feeling.
6415658 Yeah, Memories and Murky Number Seven kinda qualify for that list, if only because they have far bigger issues going on than "I killed somebody, I'm a monster." and so forth. It wasn't me, it was Raider Frosty, who took over my head. I like to call her Toasty. She's playing chess right now. Do you have any cherry snack cakes?
6423408 late to the party, I know, but the protagonist in Starlight isn't all that angsty. It's a pretty good read, probably #5 as far as my favorite FO:E stories go.
Wow. Morning Glory definitely did not deserve that. That was a great sequence, though, and Wind Whisper was pretty interesting.
I feel like I haven't complained about anything for a while, so let me just say I am sick to death of her "amber eyes". >:V
Looks like you made a replacement here that you shouldn't have.
6419002 We'll get an answer for Dash before the end of this story, I promise you that.
6909106 I bet she's a zombie disguised as some lame super hero that shows up for lucky people as a mysterious stranger. Wait, that's rediculous. No way that'll happen
Jesus Christ, Blackjack. Everyone knows you're stupid, but how can you be stupid enough not to know what chloroform is?!
Also, I want a Trottenheimer's Folly. Sounds like it's a doozy of dakka.
7277070 That Gun is an Anti Tank handgun that used 30mm shell. it was one shot
I love this chapter for one reason "Trottenhiemers Folly" cause no normal bullet could utterly annihilate everything in its path that thing reminds me of the caster gun from outlaw star
I guess I was right at Morning Glory only appearing antagonistic last Chapter, sad what happened to her though. I can't wait till I read more of this. I've seen PresentPerfect's post and I do agree. The 'Amber Eyes' are getting a little old, but to me it is more of... unexplained. Adequately at least, and with out that nice explanation it is just... no.
and now Morning Glory truly is Remedy and Calamity put into a single pony. both Medic and Dashite. a good pony that was punished for it by the ponies they had trusted. it's a shame really. a real shame.
Now who the fuck could use a voice changing spell like Homage. Oh yeah a unicorn
Trottenhiemer's Folly? No way. Best. Gun. Ever.
My guess: intentional infection then extermination.
These wackos now have data on the causes of Raider-ism, and I can make a guess that its just as easy to cause then cure.
1 gun? Really?
AND plenty of food!
There is no such thing as coincidence. I think the Enclave turned them into Raiders.
Well dang. Everything kinda went off with a bang, didn't it?
But it seems Wind Whisper may be seeing the light, if she pretty much saved Blackjack as well.
She may have funny ways of saying "thanks" but its a thanks all the less. Even if it is a touch too formal.
Time to stop being played, and start playing, Blackjack.
Reminded me of Spike(no not that one) Spiegle.
This was totally a bad ass moment.
No errors, far as I can see in this chapter.
For this chapter and the turnabout of Operative Lighthooves's methods of good intentions for his people. But moreso because of what he did of terrible torture and immoral research techniques. Seriously, using farmers as test subjects for the brain disease with food? Afterwards tying up the loose end on the farmhouse of evidence? Not to mention the callous and casual dealing regarding his own team. (Seriously, two of his team are killed and it is casually brushed off) That pegasus prisoner with both wings amputated only to moments later be killed by Minty Fresh in stealth. Then soon after Minty Fresh is killed by Lighthooves before he can really talk. Blackjack forcing Minty Fresh to talk was expected when his stealth failed, but with assisted dismemberment from a diseased raider prisoner.. And especially what Lighthooves did in command to Morning Glory herself physically and mentally, as well as socially. For this story he is one of the most easily despicable scumbags. At first he seemed easily misjudged as a character, but I guess if two pegasi have an argument of words. That means it cannot be resolved without conflict if it involves social status. I can feel the adrenaline and hate returning with re-reading the branding scene of Morning Glory. Now she's a Dashite and her naive optimism, gone. Oh I just hate that fucker, Lighthooves, no good son of a gun. Surely I am not the only one.
I. Fucking. Despise. That. Bastard. Lighthooves.
At least karma gives him his due.
AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
8386052
Agreed, Palladian steel rain is a bastard too.
6415653
ah, but littlepip personally only shot ponies that had marks on them that showed they participated in the killing and eating of ponies. anypony else either was shot by one of the others or died in one of the fires.

Velvet remedy made it so that the foals of aibu where spared
There it is:
I knew what was going to happen i knew how... "Intense" this chapter is
I knew how i would feel after reading it
Everything i am feeling right now was expected, i could see it a kilometer away.
That did not stop me from reading it entirely.
I am shaking,
I am scared
I want to curl on the ground
I want to shout
To scream
And laugh...
Laugh enough for all the people in the world so they do not need to laugh for a bit...
Trotteinheimers folly is the only weapon in the universe that can be said to have too much Dakka.
9762490
No. Never enough Dakka
So everypony in the Enclave is pretty chill about Blackjack killing two of their own? Makes sense for Lighthooves, considering what we would later learn about him. But Glory? Not even the slightest bit fazed, that Blackjack killed two other Pegasi due to miscommunication?
“Hanging around her provided me with enough brain samples for at least twenty researches project. I just wish she would refrain from using shotguns.”
Has her mane turned into some sort of bullshit detector due to radiation?
You know that it’s a disease and you watched Tumbleweed going from normal to bloodthirsty within a day. Presumably these ponies are farmers that have also been recently turned and hadn’t much time for redecoration.
They are insane beyond the point of reasoning. Killing them is a mercy all things considered.
Shouldn’t Blackjack be worried about her turning into a Raider? At this point she doesn’t know that Pegasi are immune and she was clearly worried that a bite could transfer the disease when she fought Tumbleweed.
Oh Glory, you are far to trustworthy. Can’t even really blame her, though. She grow up inside the Enclave and truly wants to believe they’re good Ponies. Kind of like Blackjack considered Stable 99 her home and was unware how bad things really were.
Oh No, the obviously suspicious guys are up to no good? I’m shocked!
Yes it’s the Enclave. Everyone who read Fallout: Equestria or played the games knows that they’re up to no good. But would it have been too make them not come across as outright villains from the start? So that the “surprise” of them being bad would feel more like a surprise?
Probably the only reason the Volunteer Corpse got founded in the first place. If they just had beaten up the protesting students – which included the daughter of a local hero- thing would’ve turned ugly quickly. So instead they opted for sending them to their deaths. And something tells me Lighthooves was actually the one behind this.
Blackjack you silly prankster.
Blackjack is going into full Jack Bauer mode here. Not that they guy didn’t deserve it.
Still, he off all Ponies should be aware that he’s now a death Pony walking. Thanks to Blackjack he now has the Raider disease and best he can hope for is a bullet to the head. So why should he tell Blackjack anything now?
Minty Fresh blow up the Dashites head and in turn his head got blown up by Lighthooves. Will Wind Whisper show up next and blows his head off, too?
Why not just shoot her? The other Enclave troopers are either loyal to you or don’t care about the life of a Surface Pony enough to start asking questions. And Glory, the only one who cared, is going to be labeled as a traitor.
I’ll have to give it to Lighthooves. This is a brilliant plan. By making her look like a Dashite, her whole family gets in trouble. Even her father’s statues as hero could not save him from that. He either has to stop supporting the Volunteer Corpse or risks being labeled as a Dashite, too.
Sweet Celestia, good thing Blackjack was aiming at the sky. That thing screams “Collateral damage!”.
What a complete assholes. And out of three Enclave officers we met, she’s the only non-evil one.
Blackjack’s On-screen Body Count: 101
And we’ve reached the 100. Let’s see if our loveable killing machine can make it to 200.
(Note: The chapter didn’t told us how many Pegasi Blackjack killed when she saved Glory during her drug induced rampage. It must have been at least two, probably more. Still, no exact number so I didn’t include them in the count.)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Poor Glory lost her Cutie Mark and had her whole world view shattered, too. Until now she genuinely believed that the Enclave wasn’t evil. That they would listen to arguments and allow her to help the surface. Instead she got betrayed and marked as an Outcast by their own kind. And it’s only going to get worse for her.
Now the question I always had was: Would Glory actually be better off if she hadn’t joined Blackjack? Sadly, the answer right now is: Yes.
If she had ditched BJ at Megamart and took the offer to travel to Skyport with a caravan, she may have made it back to Thunderhead safely. Sure Lighthooves and Co. probably still would’ve attempted to destroy the Volunteers Corpse reputation, but it would be a lot harder for them. If they try to frame Glory as Dashite while she's in Thudnerhead she can actually defend herself against the accusations and has her father backing her up. Lighthooves plan only worked because he knew Glory was still alive and travelling in the Wasteland, allowing him to “rescue” her and bring her to Miramare to set his plan in motion.
Still, maybe in the long term things would’ve been worse for her if she was in Thunderhead. So let’s see what else the story has in store for her, before I’m making my final judgement.
So... Blackjack had a Wave Motion Gun
Should it be the Yamato on her flank? Lol
I knew something bad was gonna happen
Interesting hiw there's actually something that causes raiders to be the way that they are. Wonder if the gardens would cure that
