Peddler, sorry, that's Prodigious Peddler, is one of the saving graces of the Equestrian Wasteland. He's no stallion with a hero complex, nor does he have any profound sense of wisdom or grace. No, he's one of the many traders bartering wares from town to town. Need a good weapon? With the right number of caps, he might have something for you. Looking for information? Everything has a price.

It was a simple life with simple goals, but the Wasteland is not down with Prodigious Peddler just yet. A filly barters safe passage with him to Megamart in the Hoofington area. A trader's word is gold, and the deal is struck, yet there's something this filly's hiding from him.

That's fair. He's hiding his own secrets.

Tales of a Junktown Pony Peddler was written by Squeak and produced by the Pony in a Box Productions team. This literary adaption was produced by myself.

...Doesn't this already exist... wut

As far as I know, it doesn't. I asked the Box crew for permission and asked them that exact question, and there was no mention of any novelization.

Oh... Well then... thats a bit cheaty but... Alright

If there's another, feel free to tell me. I don't mean to tread on any toes, but it's not the first fanfic I've done for the Box.

5854251 I'm glad your doing this. This story had a lot of potential but was abandoned. I hope you do it justice.

I think the story was originally made on youtube. I'm glad someone is finishing our continuing off . . .

I rely like the radiopay of this story and it is what got me to discover Fallout: Equestria universe and the hole FIM Fiction community, and discover that fans can right good stories. I am sure you will do Justice to the original.

5854581 well they haven't done anything with it for over a year so I assumed that they stopped making it. But I could be wrong.

5854592 Well they do have at least 4 different radio plays now plus a tumblr comic. In order of importance of course: The prevalent Doctor Whooves one, their original works (Umi-something) Daring Do, and finally Junktown peddler. Plus the responsibilities of each individual member.

They don't really return my calls, but I do know the woman who plays Sunbeam suffered a death in the family late last year.

I would very much like to finish it, if I could get a return from the Box crew. There are a few things I'd like to discuss with them, such as if this is discontinued. I have permission to novelize it, but there are some things that are hard to convey from audio to literary. I'd like a few questions answered, and continuing where they left off is an entirely different beast altogether.

Still, I thank you for the praise. I do intend to at least novelize the current eleven episodes with time, and I hope you enjoy them just as much. I'll still have to add my own flair to them.

5854737 for the question, no problem:pinkiehappy:

5854737 I say go for it. I'm interested to see what you can do for the story. And I'm also interested to see what your writing styles like.

I must say, this is a sad, but well, it seems right, in way when you look at the context of the song to start this story off. It'll be a fun ride to follow you through.

Hello. Are you going to continue this story? I would like to find at least full transcript of the "Pony Peddler" podcast but a story will be better.

I would have liked to do so in the past, but then they stopped updating entirely. I just wanted to novelize what they had, but that is extremely hard to do so without an ending or clear third act to work with; I don't know for sure what details do and don't need to be added, and I might skip something minor that might actually be crucially important later on.

That matters little, however, now that the radio plan has been placed on a semi permanent hiatus. I would like to finish it myself if I could have access to their notes, but they haven't returned my emails in the past, despite me working with them on more than one occasion. I'd have to write my own ending, and writing an ending to someone else's work when I don't have permission or blessing, especially when it is because they are not answering and may end up rendering what I've done irrelevant if they continue at a later date, the prospects of doing so don't appeal to me so much. I do have the next three chapters scripted out enough to write them, but that doesn't appeal to me much either.
