Now that I've read the PER chapter (I'm guessing the PHL chapter wasn't ready yet), I only have one thing to say.
Please make the PER founder's death nice and slow, preferably as it's own chapter. The bitch was the Vidkun Quisling of humanity and should be treated as such.

I've always pictured the Human PER operatives to be a mix of extreme animal rights activists/environmentalists, psychopathic doomsday cultists and just plain evil folks who want to drag the world to hell with them.
And Doctor Jacqueline Dionna Reitman, ugh. You made her the most hatable character in the story. The slimy, smug sense of superiority just oozes from her.
As for Mr. Norton, I hope someone lynched that prick. I'm also assuming that many PER members don't survive their missions because angry citizens, police or military kill them on sight.

Lotta hate for Reitman in the comments...but not from me. If anything I feel sorry for her. While she probably wasn't exactly a paragon of humanity to begin with, it's pretty much spelled out that all the major stuff she did was because Xenolestia personally brainwashed her...or worse, made her into a people puppet like she did her version of Twilight. It kinda changes your perspective on her if you imagine a battered tortured version of her locked away in her head while the Tyrant's slave drone version of her runs her body.

I was lucky enough to find this before any other TCB story, and secondhand information alone was enough to make me avoid reading anything touched by Chatoyance for fear of contracting the Bubonic Plague.
4602007 Actually she did join the Tyrant out of her own free will (she is basically an avatar of the Chatty One after all). She did have some slight (like really, very, incredibly subtle) mental rearrangement, only to make her not take the potion herself, so she could stay a human mouthpiece to the PER and humanity. But other than that, she was completely on board with the ponification of humanity and was basically the Vidkun Quisling for earth because she believed in Xenolestia's plans.

The unicorn accompanying Reitman is named Catseye. Chatoyance means catseye. Furthermore, the description of Catseye matches the unicorn that Chatoyance has as her avatar on the site.
