Most S&M roleplay involves "narratives" like this one, where it's imagined that the submissive one has been attacked and dominated by the dominant one. Obviously, that kind of thing demands an enormous amount of trust between the two, and yeah, it's always just a fantasy they're playing out. I wouldn't expect it to leave the bedroom (but, I mean, I have no idea exactly how those kinds of relationships work outside of the bedroom).
Also: Oglaf is delightful. My favorite is, of course, the classic with the giant spider coming in through the window.

I just recognize that there exists certain people with certain dark fetishes who have to live their lives in shame, and I felt like exploring that issue, because I feel bad for them. They make me sick, and should they ever act on their fantasies, I would hate them for it, but that doesn't make them any less of a person.... so Twilight's situation is not my kink.

Yeah, I probably should've worded that better. I don't think you're into what Twilight's into, but I imagine you probably like the fantasy of a character like her, which is why you wrote this.
Agreed on the dark fetish thing. It's an unbelievably complicated subject, because on one hand they have this primal desire to indulge in a wholly, irredeemably evil act. But, on the other hand, it is not their fault they are wired this way. Part of you wants to reject everything they are, for what they want, and another part of you finds the idea of a person who can never be trusted, by no fault of their own, utterly sympathetic.
It's a messy, unpleasant subject. I think here, removed from reality, in a fantasy story, it makes for good drama in a mind control story like this. I guess as a reader I'm worried this is going to careen headlong into absolute tragedy, but going by this chapter, I'm optimistic Twilight will be able to find a balance between her horrific desires and the morally outstanding, innocent character we know.
I know I'm taking a long time to post an update, here, but I have a certain affection for this story, and I don't want to mess it up, so I'm trying to hone my writing skills a bit before I continue.
Also, I think this one is going to take a lot of planning. It's easy to tease the concept like this, but I need to know how it's going to end before I start ramping up the story from introduction to complication to rising action.
This and The Horse Collar almost seem like deconstructions, taking porn plots, making them carry real consequences, and seeing what comes of them. As such, I'm enjoying this story immensely, and I look forward to more.
Still, I have to wonder: how long was Celestia there?

Thanks for the support. Writer's block is messing me up, and I have some other projects on the go, so I think I'll be taking a break from writing for a little while. I definitely intend to finish this at some point, though.

Yeah. Sorry. I really should get back to this.
You all speak of good and evil, and that all fine with me, but personally I don't believe in good or bad as one whole big thing. For me good or bad is an individual perception of the choices you, or others, have made. I like how you are trying your hardest not to judge people by a fetish they have, but I must say that I do feel bad or sorry for the some(some being the ones who acted on their fetishes for real. I feel sorry for those few who lost a moral/ mental battle,) I don't feel sorry for the ones that can keep their urges in check because they have done nothing to me or themselves that would have ruined their life. feeling sorry for someone who has no reason to feel sorry for themselves, that is more hurtful than any wound.

Well uh... thanks for the feedback! :D I'm sorry for not updating this for so long, but all the plot ideas I had for this story never seemed to turn from seed into flower. It's all up in the air what was going to happen next, and I wonder if I'll ever finish it.

Every once in a while I'll get a few flashes of inspiration... wondering what has become of the characters in this story... but it hasn't been enough for me to actually sit down and start writing again. Writer's block is ass.
