That darn Silver Spoon and Crimson Rain got what they deserved when they got caught by Twilight.
Don't worry Starbloom, I'm sure you will find something to cheer Scootaloo up and maybe help with her flying. 
Also, Spike being very caring in helping take care of Starbloom's bloody muzzle. 
Twilight's heart would be warmed by it if she was there in time to see it.
hey, if starbloom can use her headband to concentrate her magic why couldn't something similar work for scoots?
3233405 The main reason is, Starbloom's headband focuses her already high natural magic abilities. It doesn't amplify what she has, so it wouldn't work for poor little Scoots.
But even Starbloom's abilities are severely limited with her headband. She can preform levitation magic, but that's all she can preform. She can't use any of her old spells like her teleportation spell. But she can learn to manipulate her levitation spell for other effects, like wall jumping in the Mare Do Well story.
The other reason is to use her headband it has to be in contact with the forehead, where her horn use to be. For something like that to work for Scootaloo her wings would have to be removed so the crystals would contact where her wings use to be.
Going with my head-cannon and a bit of head-cannon from Cupcake Chronicles "Journal of the Cupcake Killer" the magic glands of a pegasus is behind the wings, where they wings and body connection.

Well Crimson Rain made her apology, and I believe she was sincere in it.
I wish Silver Spoon would apologize, because I feel deep down once she realizes she lost yet another friend, she will be broken.

3255598 True, which might make for an interesting chapter next time. After she finds out the news about Sweetie Belle's parents, could raise questions about her own parents. Wont be as sad since she already knows her parents are gone, but it could bring up painful questions for Applejack.

3256918 Heh, yea. Unintentional as it is does seem to be a pattern. Starbloom, killing Spike though that was when she was still Twilight. Then Silver Spoon's friendship with Diamond Tiara breaking apart. Scootaloo's dad having a mental break, now Sweetie Belle's parents. Diamond Tiara is the only one so far with out any tragedy. Her and Apple Bloom that is. Even Twist had something bad happen to her later in life, in the Mare Do Well story.

But nah, her real tragedy involved Babs.
But so far Diamond Tiara hasn't had to much tragedy in her life. Other then the her friendship with Silver Spoon breaking up. A lot their history is already written in the Mare Do Well story, but there is some stuff I can play around with.
