I got a mention!

So, the long comment that you expected...I now have no idea what to write.

Very sad, and not really that much of a romance when you get down to it, more passing mentions of romance and marriage, though the one very romantic moment had to be when Twilight said she married Rainbow Dash despite her illness.

The death was sad and brief, really. The confirming bit, anyway, and I think Twilight was a bit foolish to believe that Rainbow Dash was still alive. But overall, this was very good.

I'd say the reaching out and feeling nothing was the kicker for me, it was just: Bam! Feelings.
I liked it, it was short, sad, and pretty well written. A green thumb from me.

Ummm... The song "I Need You" by America started playing while I was reading the last part of this story. You're probably not familiar with the song, but I'll tell you that it sure didn't help to keep me from crying.

I actually read this a week ago (when I said I would), and I'm sorry that I've only just gotten around to commenting. Been so busy!

I thought this was particularly touching - especially the ending. I wasn't expecting anything after the dream, so that final scene with Rainbow got me good
