Princess Celestia feels that Ponyville is over populated with ponies and she has not been a good leader like she once was. She fears rebellion and being overthrown, so she seeks Princess Twilight Sparkle's help and together, they come up with the most evil and horrific plan. After they follow through with their plan, Twilight Sparkle needs to cover up the facts about what just happened and pretends to give help and aid to those who are suffering and dying, by presenting new medical practices that nopony had ever heard of before. It's up to Twilight Sparkle's friends to uncover the truth about what happened to Ponyville and to discover the horrors that lie behind these new medical treatments.

I see you have already found and added to your favorites my adult "mature" rated fic I did. There are quite a few sad stories, but the saddest story I feel I have done so far is called "Being Honest and Loyal, Even in the Face of Death" That was so hard for me to write because of how sad it was. 2964001 I am sad to admit that I really didn't have a clue as to what you were referring to. The best I could guess is that I heard a song called Move Your Dead Bones from a dance video game series called Mungyodance. I just looked it up and realized it's a film from the 1980's. I guess it goes to show that I'm not too much of a movie guy! I didn't have any inspiration from that movie, but I heard a lot of people talk about re-animator before. I just had no idea it was an actual film. Maybe I should go see it.

You know, ever since "Crystal Empire" parts 1 and 2, I thought about Celestia's true nature. About how she managed to learn those dark spells King Sombra had used.
What if... Princess Celestia was secretly Sombra's apprentice? What if she had planned to kill him after learning everything he knew, like Darth Sidious toward Plagueis, but had to banish him instead? What if she affected Luna's makeover and created Nightmare Moon to gain sympathy? What if she had used Twilight to kill Sombra so that she could get his horn and find the Alicorn Amulet, Sombra's most prized possession?
2996734 You are thinking very deep with this. Those are some creative ideas, but as far as the official show goes.....I don't think they could allow the show to be that dark! That could be a great idea for a fan fic, but the official show makers can't even flat out admit that Applejack's parents are dead in the show even though they give hints about it in the show and they have confirmed those hints are about Applejack's deceased parents. The show can only go so far because it still needs to cater to kids, but that's what fan fic writers are here for!

What if Sunset managed to escape something she did not want to be a part of and became a rival of Celestia? Should Celestia meet Sunset again in the human world after Equestria Girls, I doubt she'd be as forgiving and compassionate as Twilight; and Sunset, barely beginning to learn about friendship, won't have the others to save her from this:

Riiiiiiiiight.... I have to ask, this is a troll fic right? you cant possibly believe anything you've written, like the stuff about vaccines and fluoride. Also in terms of story, you do know Ponyville is just one small village in all of Equestria, I don't see how it's population could become big enough to pose any 'threat'

This is not a troll fic, and one of the vaccines that inspired me to kill Scootaloo, and ruin Fluttershy's life was based off of the real life horror stories of a vaccine called Gardasil that has killed and destroyed the lives of some girls who got the shot. Look up the ingredients to vaccines, learn about the history of fluoride and how the Nazi's were the first to use it in drinking water on their captive Jews in order to dumb them down and to pacify them so that they wouldn't revolt. Do some digging on your own. You might be surprised by what you find.
Like I said in the story, Ponyville is not a small town anymore. This is way later in the future when the population is much greater.

3745600 Christian Scientist Cult? I'm not even sure what you're referring to. Living a Godly lifestyle includes healthy eating and living. The message isn't, being a good Christian will never get you sick. All diseases and problems ARE the result of the original disobedience in the Garden of Eden.
