That being said, the sentence structure, tense usage and grammar needs a little bit of tweaking.
All in all, the story has great potential. You might want to consider getting an editor though, or at least a pre-reader.

Ironically, I actually read a story with a similar scenario here. fall in love spell, accidentally hits groups of people, chaos arises as they fall in love with the first person they see. XD it was some story i came across in fanfiction long time ago. Great story by the way. *gives thumbs up*
I guess the story was alright. The grammar and spelling killed most of the story for me. And extra words being added that shouldn't had been added. The idea of the story was alright.
