Worlds collide when Dr. Eggman makes his way to the magical land of Equestria and forms an alliance with Allura the Leopard to gain the power of the Unity Crystals. Given this, two very different groups - led by Sonic the Hedgehog and Sunny Starscout respectively - must join forces to stop the villainous duo before Equestria is doomed.

This story is a sequel to Sonic Frontiers x My Little Pony

Six months after Sonic's adventure on the Starfall Islands, Dr. Eggman prepares his brand new weapon to take over Equestria, while Opaline remains silent in the shadows with no sign on being ready to make her next move. However, as Tails begins to search the two villains in order to test himself out, Sonic hallucinates with a figure he thought was defeated, yet has shown up more than he'll like them to.

Shadow the Hedgehog was created to be the Ultimate Life Form. One day, while working with Sonic and his friends to once again fight Dr. Eggman, the mad doctor uses the Chaos Emeralds to send Shadow to another world. In EG World, Sunset Shimmer is looking to expand her circle of former-villain friends. Then, in a bright flash of light, an anthropomorphic black and red hedgehog appears on the school’s football field. Sunset decides to take in the strange creature. As she learns more about Shadow and his past, she comes to see the pain that some villains and former villains have to deal with. Enjoy this story of healing and friendship.

After King Sombra and Queen Chrysalis succeeds in taking over and enslaving a large portion of Equestria, a small band of friends come together and rebel against their new tyranical overlord as they become "The Friendship Fighters!" Fighting to free Equestria from Sombra and return it to it's former glory, one fight at a time. No matter how long it takes.

When a mysterious black figure causes the heroes of Mobius to be transported to Equestria, it's up to Sonic, Shadow, and Silver to find a way home. The Mane 6 and the rest of Equestria have now gotten used to the forms they have taken when their entire continent end up on Earth, and now they have a lot of new friends, including Sonic the Hedgehog. Now it comes to all new adventures, new threats, and even new things to learn about. Even if some of those new threats are some things that they're not expecting. Even with some of the Freedom Fighters had split up, knowing that they don't have to fight for their freedom of rights anymore.

After defeating the evil Dr. Eggman’s latest plot, Sonic is racing around the world to shut down the robotic Badnik forces that are still attacking villages. But it’s a big job for one hedgehog—even Sonic! Fortunately, he’ll have some help from his best friends.

As a result of trying to stop a Super Genesis Wave through the usage of Chaos Control by Super Sonic near the world of where the Rainbooms unleashed their magic to stop the Dazzlings, causes the two worlds to come together. It ends up with Sonic, Shadow, Manic and others are now at Canterlot High along with the Rainbooms. But with Sonic there, things aren't ever going to be normal and 'chaotic' things tend to happen.
