This is a world in which Gods rule their cities. Magic is a divine manifestation of nature's power. Demons – both figurative and real – lurk in the shadows.

Sunset Shimmer – unparalleled thief, master of the arts, and a magical prodigy – worships the brightest and the warmest of all Gods. More than worships, in fact: six years, all born from one strange and terrifying encounter, have fuelled a fire in her heart that will never die.

If only the same could be said about her. For surely, mortals and Gods were never meant to fall in love.

And, well, now everybody wants to snuggle a demon!

This story is a sequel to My Little Pony Equestria Girls 3: Twilight Vs Twilight

Still trying to find her place in the world Sunset Shimmer returns to Equestria in order to right the wrongs she committed there, however she finds it difficult to adjust back to the Pony lifestyle after being gone for so long. Then suddenly a masked villain captures Twilight, forcing Sunset Shimmer to lead the gang in order to save her as well as face her original sin.

Canterlot High is saved and Twilight leaves Sunset Shimmer in the capable hands of her newfound friends.

Except that now that Principal Celestia and Principal Luna know that Sunset came from another world, they have a lot of questions about where her parents are and just where she has been living for the past few years.

A Disney animated classic re-imagined with themes, locations, and characters from MLP/Equestria Girls. (That does not mean it will be the same plot. Elements of the plot will be the same, but a majority of it will be different/new)
