My entrance in the Dialogue Only Contest.

Technically a prequel to my other fic, The Twilight Prince: Redux, and uses common worldbuilding, but should be readable as a stand alone one-shot.

There are a lot of stupid and terrible rumors in Equestria (and beyond) about flying city Starspire and his citizens night pegasi (batponies or thestrals).
For example, that night ponies are militarists and religious fanatics who drink blood, kidnapping foals, and in general responsible for half of the problems of poor ponies.
It's time to disprove them, by telling a story about three friends, living in time before the events of the original show for more, than a thousand years.

Before the return of Nightmare Moon the ponies of the Canterlot viewed the bats with suspicion, on the day of her return that view most certainly didn't improve, and riots and mobs would have made a disaster a catastrophe had Celestia not moved before leaving to Ponyville.

Nearly a millennia after Princess Luna banished her elder sister to the Sun, two detectives struggle to track down the unknown perpetrators of a coordinated strike on Fillydelphia's banks.

Occult Readings in his search of a soul swapping demon finds himself in a rather precarious circumstance. Trapped by Diamond Dogs he realized just how useless his defenses against the strange and mystifying were against those of the material realm. After weeks of servitude to the dogs, help finally came in it's most unexpected form. Now he could finally go back on the hunt for the occult.

Evening Shade liked to think she was a normal pony. She pays her taxes, goes to a party every so often, and goes bar crawling with her friends. Sure, she wasn't the most well-off pony in Canterlot, but she made do.

Now? She isn't sure what to think. After accidentally bumping into a piece of Nightmare Moon's armor and being possessed by the spirit trapped within it, she's become torn between her duty as a citizen of Equestria, and her morality and empathy towards this strange new being she is now sharing every moment of her life with.

With twists and turns around every corner and enemies lurking in the shadows, it will take everything she's got to keep her newfound secret while remaining true to who she is as a pony.

This story is my take on an MLP version of Venom!

Harry Potter is a lonly child who isn't treated verry kindly by the relatives he is living with. He Wishes for nothing more then a friend, or someone that is willing to be even more to him. Luckily for him, the spirits of the elements of harmony already knew of that a long time ago and set events into motion that will change his destiny forever.

I have read many HP/MLP Crossovers and realized one thing. In all of them Harry either ended up as a unicorn, a pegasus, or a changling, sometimes even as an alicorn, but never as an earth pony or a Thestral. Now, I think it's about time to fix this.

This is the first of the Moonlight's Redemption series, written by Hope.

Set 1000 years before the show, Princess Luna tells the story of Prim Rose, a young unicorn from a farming community near the coast. To escape from the pain of recently losing her sister, and to try finding some direction in her life, Prim travels all the way to Everfree City and the castle of the Two Sisters, looking for a job. She ends up meaning more to Princess Luna than she could have ever guessed.

This story was written half as MLP fanfiction, and half a love-letter-like story that I wrote for my wife, to bring her some comfort on lonely days.
This story was in part inspired by a story I deleted called Redemption in Moonlight.
