Octavia and Caramel have been happily married for fifteen years. Or have they?
A year after their marriage, Caramel started working all the time. It was a very rare thing for them to see each other, so as a result, Octavia became unhappy.
After four years of this, Octavia finally told Caramel how she felt, and he snapped.
Caramel became insanely clingy, Caramel would never leave Octavia alone, and when she tried to go out with her friends or tell him to stop, he would sob and emotionally abuse her. So as a result she gave up on love.

Years later, Octavia gets a new job where she meets, Lyra, Bon Bon, and her boss Vinyl Scratch. As she learns about these new friends and grow closer and closer to them, she starts to fall in love with Vinyl.

Will Vinyl feel the same?
If she does how will Octavia keep their relationship hidden?
Will Octavia finally get a divorce with Caramel?
And if Caramel ever learned that Octavia loved somepony else, how will he react?

During pregnancy, one goes through a wide range of emotions due to the hormones going crazy in the body. Sometimes, these emotions might linger on one longer than others, and for Pinkie this is depression. What is her husband to do with his party mare being unable to go through a day without crying? Throw her the best party ever of course!

Flowers often carry heavy meanings. Roseluck prides herself in knowing the meaning behind every flower. A flower however, has a deeper meaning. Big Mac never has any luck with flowers. For Rarity a flower is an elegant thing with truly humble beginnings. For Caramel a flower means freedom. And for Rainbow Dash, a flower is the mark of a new beginning. Hidden in the rose garden they will find a meaning all of their own.

After tragedy strikes the Apple family, a teenage Big McIntosh is left alone to struggle with taking care of the farm. It soon becomes apparent that he simply can't handle the load on his own, but is just too darn stubborn to admit that he needs help. It's not long before the community of Ponyville step in to offer their assistance, but not all for the same reasons and certainly not in the ways that Big Mac had expected.

While helping with a particularly heavy harvest, Caramel is befallen by an accident that temporarily leaves him unable to work. Numerous emotions of guilt and sorrow are brought to the surface, particularly after a somewhat tactless comment from one of Applejack's cousins, and while taking time off to recover from the injury he has sustained, the tan-coated stallion gloomily laments over the misfortunes he has suffered over the years. Luckily for him, Applejack is there to offer her support and remind him that every cloud has a silver lining - as was indeed the case in Caramel's life story...

This story is dedicated to CaramelMLP and DespisedandBeloved of Deviant Art, and to those who lost their lives in the infamous Hyatt Regency disaster in 1981.

Caramel Apple knows this all too well. He has been harboring secret feelings for a certain unicorn for a long time, almost since they first met. But he has a problem; she's a high class filly from Canterlot, who has studied at the finest school in the realm and has a personal connection the Their Majesties themselves. He's just a working-class schlub who was born and raised in the boondocks who makes his living getting his hooves burned in his blacksmith's shop. He knows that there isn't any way that Twilight Sparkle will see him as anything more than a good friend.
