Sire's Hollow is a quaint little town not too far from Ponyville. Anon would never have any reason to set foot in the place were it not for his best friend, Sunburst, asking him for a massive solid:

Keep his mother, Stellar Flare, preoccupied for a few days while he conducts research on the town's recently discovered magical properties.

Sunburst loves his mom, and they've worked through their communication issues before, but as head of the Sire's Hollow Development Committee, she would never approve of the tests he intends to run. So, Anon will act as a "distraction," allowing Sunburst to get done before she notices.

He does a better job than either of them were expecting.

Since I had already seen the whole show, getting used to how Equestria works wasn't that complicated, the difficult part was fitting in and not being seen as a furless monkey, I'm the only human here and it's normal for ponies to be afraid of you, I think.
I will have to earn their trust before I go on adventures, they should know that I am not here to hurt anyone.

Note: In this fanfic, I'll have a romance with
several mares, but there won't be sex scenes or anything like that, just hugs and kisses, even me, I'd be uncomfortable writing that kind of stuff, but I respect people who write this kind of stories, I'm just saying that there won't be any of that on my part, I prefer to reserve that way of seeing Ponys just for myself. (There's not harem either)
This fanfic is more than anything, about what I would love to do if I was really in Equestria.
I would also like to know if on some occasions a character acts OOC, I only watched the entire show twice so I might still be wrong.

For spring break, Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst return back to Sire's Hollow to visit with their parents. Being their first trip back as a couple, the two are not looking forward to their parents talk about their relationship. However, both Stellar Flare and Firelight have an exciting announcement to share for when they arrive.

This story is a sequel to Danger in the Dust

Sunburst is receiving letters too often about the same dull topic of his future from his mother, Stellar Flare. He tries to relax in Ponyville, but now the letters are following him. At the suggestion of Aita, they and Starlight Glimmer take a trip to Sire's Hollow to report Stellar Flare's familial behavior, where FIrelight volunteers to help.

Seriously, folks, just because you're in a giant metal tube and have nothing else to do doesn't mean you have to go for a crush. Don't believe me, ask Spoiled Rich and Stellar Flare - Equestria knows their chat in the clouds will soon be the stuff of blush-around-the-dinner-table legend.

Sunburst lost his father when he was young, amidst the troubles with magic school, missing Starlight, and figuring out his sexuality. Truly looking back, feeling as if it happened yesterday, he takes a moment out of his day to remember the moment in depth.

Hearth's Warming has come again and Firelight has prepared the stupendously amazing, unquestionably-loving, full of heart and passion celebration for his Pretty-Witty Cinnamon-pop, Stellar Flare. If only they could have spent the hours coming up with new pet names, it would have been the best Hearth's Warming ever. It would have spectacular, if not for his own mess-up on the gift department for her.

Sunburst after having the responsability fo creating a new spell, travels to her mom's house for a weekend to calm down some stress due to his work, but he kept working on that spell and something went wrong... Sunburst transformed into a mare. After this, Sunburst asks Stellar Flare; now turned into a mare, to make one of her plans for Sunburst and she will try to make her triumph at Manehattan.

Starlight Glimmer is that kind of girl: strong, but broken at the same time, her edges jagged and sharp enough to cut anyone that dares to get too close to her.

But Sunburst can't help but be drawn to her, like a moth to a flame, trying to gather all her pieces and put her back together, even if he cuts his hands and bleeds in the process.

_{There might be some triggering issues such as the emotional aspects of mental and physical abuse, child neglect, alcoholism (not done by any of the main characters), bullying set in a high school, and a fair amount of drama and angst to go along the way. But this story is—at its core—a romance between a human Starlight and Sunburst.}
