Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash have tied the knot. After their grand wedding, they packed for their honeymoon, excited for what Princess Luna has planned for them. But, when they find out Luna had taken “honeymoon” literally, they realize their vacation place will be anything like they expected, and that they’re in for a fun and adventurous ride.Twilight and Rainbow will experience the most unique honeymoon a couple could have: on the moon!

Luna, on the surface, is acclimating to the new world and the society of ponies that currently inhabit it. She pretends to be alright when really, she is still haunted by the betrayal of her sister.

Celestia thinks Luna is adjusting well and has turned a new leaf from her nightmare moon days. She has no clue that her sister is still hurting from sins of the past.

Each lonely night makes Luna realize just how dreadful her life is and contemplates vanishing from Equestria. She decides that tonight, while all ponies sleep, she shall make her silent disappearance from their world.

The ever eager scholar, Twilight Sparkle, uses this truce as the perfect opportunity to learn more about this enigmatic race. Unfortunately, or maybe fortunately, she will learn all there is to know about what it means to be a changeling.

But will Twilight lose herself in the hive, or will she regain what she has lost? Only time will tell.

It's Nightmare Night, and Luna is visiting Ponyville again. The mayor tasks Twilight with guiding and helping Luna around Ponyville and making sure the Princess has a good stay. Though Luna comes to Ponyville with a proposition for Twilight.

My life was simple. I used to be a cellist, of Canterlot's pride and nobility, and a very happy pony with where I was. I should say I landed myself here; it was nopony's fault I agreed with Vinyl on this ludicrous idea. I will, however, blame Vinyl for the guards outside. And for my doctor. And for Princess Luna.

That's all on her.
