Sunset was devastated. It hurts, knowing what she's lost. Forced away from the only friends she's known, she feels like Anon-A-Miss has won. Somehow, she makes it home, and finds herself doing something she rarely does: watching television. Early in the morning hours, she's awoken by the sounds of a children's show with a man who wears a red cardigan.

Somehow, this soft spoken man reaches inside her and gives her peace with just eight words: "I Like You Just the Way You Are"

A tribute to a great man, and my own way of memorializing his life in one of my favorite shows. Like he said once, I may not be good at this, but I still enjoy it.

He is deeply and utterly in love with Shining Armor and Princess Cadance.

Though, honestly it's probably best that this stays a secret. Shining is a stud and Princess Cadance the most beautiful mare in Equestria. They're way out of his league and happily married.

It's just a bunch of dumb day dreaming and childish fantasies. They couldn't possibly like him like that.

After Diamond Tiara's redemption, everything was all sunshine and rainbows. Or so we thought. One Crusader just can't seem to let go of a scene that keeps replaying over and over in her mind.

Diamond Tiara always enjoyed being popular, but never thought about the value of true friendship until one day she does something nice for a misunderstood classmate, and gains a new perspective on what really matters in life.

Something bad has happened to Sweetie Belle, so why won’t anypony tell Apple Bloom what? At least she can keep her friend company, and Sweetie Belle can hear her talking. Everypony says so. She can hear.

If friendship really is magic, she sure could use some now.

Twilight Sparkle realizes that Rainbow Dash has been keeping a secret from her ever since the Mare Do Well incident. When she goes to confront her about it, she finds out more than she bargained for. And then Twilight reveals that she's been keeping something from her friends ever since the Royal Wedding. Now everything is out there; harsh words have been spoken and a once strong friendship hangs in the balance.

When Twilight Sparkle finds her usually brash and confident friend in tears how can she deal with the surge of emotions she feels and can two such opposites build a successful relationship?

Humanised characters in a mundane setting of small town America . I still hope to have a little fun with this. Inspired by the many fine works of art out there, particularly the cover image .
