In attempt to earn their cutie marks, the Crusaders invade Twilight's library to find a spell that can help them. To their surprise, they find exactly what they ask for. But as magic usually does, things are not as they seem. Now Sweetie Belle has to try and juggle a singing career, and caring for her filly sister,Applebloom learns the good and bad side of apple based sales and Scootaloo tries to be more than a friend to small cyan filly. Twilight better find a cure for this spell, or the Elements may never shine in Equestria again!

The spirit says it’s from another world. Another universe, without an Everstorm, where the Elements of Harmony are used to defeat villains instead of keeping the storm contained. One where the Princesses work together instead of ruling over their own realms. One that no longer exists. It says it wants to keep the same thing from happening to Dash’s world. Does she believe that? Of course not.

I Thought I Was Toast

It wasn't meant to end like this. Both knew that, though they never said it. Eyes blind to the desolation around them, they find comfort in each other, searching for a means to an end. They don't have forever to search, and they know it is only a matter of time. But they strive for tomorrow, while there is still a chance of reversal.

Cosmic balance is a fickle thing. Sometimes, creatures like Luna and Celestia can work as independent agents of Harmony, at least one of them present assured the element's presence in the world.

But what of Discord and Chaos? What happens when the master of the matter is sucked dry of his power, no longer worthy to represent it?

Simple. A foal is born.

Discord has failed to break the friendship between the bearers of the Elements of Harmony. Desperate and with a rainbow of friendship blasting towards him, he teleports himself to a future where the Elements of Harmony are no more so that he could trade places with his future counterpart.

What he didn't know was that in this future, he has been reformed and the ponies there think he's somehow lost his memory and are determined to refriend him. Gag!

Meanwhile, the reformed Discord is teleported to the past, facing very hostile ponies and a world of Chaos his past counterpart had created. Chaos is a wonderful thing and he was all up for having some fun but what was the point if he had nopony to share it with?

Twilight Sparkle had to use King Sombra's Dark Magic to solve various puzzles. She claims that Celestia showed her how, but how is she perfect at the spells at the first go? Something stinks of a nefarious plot....

I hope everpony likes this! I had this idea after watching the Season Three premier, and it wouldn't go away until I wrote it! I'm sorry if the writing isn't up to your standards, but I'll appreciate and constructive criticism!

When drastic measures have to be taken to save Equestria from a resurging villain, Twilight and her friends sacrifice themselves for the needs of the many.

Luckily, when you're friends with a powerful unicorn neurotically obsessed with checklists, scheduling, and planning ahead, death is but a minor inconvenience.

Now they just need something to do until Twilight can sort out a few minor issues.

Life isn't as bad as it may seem, and she enjoys the simplicity of her daily routine, the peace of her recluse world. That is until suddenly she is targeted by the current ruling body of Equestria, Nightmare Moon herself!? Perhaps she spoke too soon. Better run Twilight, destiny is calling!

Apple Bloom always wanted her Cutie Mark. It was the one thing she wanted most in the world and her family fully supported her, encouraging her to keep going until she finds it.

However, she never expected that getting her Cutie Mark would come at such a high price. Apples always have something to do with apples in their Cutie Mark, but Apple Bloom does not.

Now, exiled from the only family she's ever known, Apple Bloom has nowhere to go. Heartbroken and unsure what to do, Apple Bloom goes to the only pony she trusted more than her big sister, in the hopes that she might help the now familyless filly.
