It might seem like a simple spell. A truly basic working. All it does is change the color of something without altering a single other detail, and somepony just pranked Twilight with it. A minor joke, one with no real consequence. But it's still new magic, and so Twilight and Spike venture out to track the spell and caster across Ponyville.

You'd think a spell which merely changed colors wouldn't create so much trouble.

You'd really like to think that.

Despite receiving a harsh reprimand from Captain Ironhoof for his "little stunt," Flash Sentry still struggles with his forbidden feelings for Princess Twilight Sparkle. Maintaining a professional stance while adhering to the law of the land proves an even more difficult task, especially when his one act of defiance only seems to awaken the seething rebellion within him.

When Flash is assigned to escort Twilight to the Crystal Empire at Princess Celestia's insistence, tensions on all sides only seem to escalate.

Anthea is blind. Turquoise Blitz is half-dragon, half-pony. Naturally, the two are drawn to each other, though the fact that their mothers are also best friends may have played a helping hoof as well. With most of their lives spent together, either with the rest of their group of friends or on their own, it makes sense that they would fall in love. With Turquoise's quiet personality and Anthea's unfortunate condition, it makes even more sense that nothing would happen for a long time, despite practically everypony in town believing them to already be a couple.

Then, one long time later, the two decided to stay out late and go stargazing.

Celestia has told me that a dragon's average lifespan is two thousand years. That is a long time be alone. It gives you a long time to reflect on the friends you lost, something I'm not ready to do. However, the years have aged me mentally, and I have learned the difference of my friends mortality compared to my own.

While my friends withered away, one remained, one that is near and dear to my heart. I know I will lose her eventually too. The chances are, I'll lose her really soon. But until that faithful day, I'll enjoy every moment with her.

She's all I have left. I'd be lost without her.

Spike and Rarity have had it with each other. They constantly lie to each other, argue about money daily, and basically, hate each others guts. The only thing they can agree on is divorce. Then, when Spike and Rarity are on a train to Canterlot for the divorce papers, their train goes off track and crashes. Neither are hurt, but after a few days in the hospital, Rarity returns with amnesia, and all Spike can do is remind her of her life all over. Can Spike rekindle their fire? Or are they doomed for divorce?

Set about twenty years in the future. Spike and Rarity have been happily married and all was great in Equestria... until the unicorn's age began to show. While making her way back from Zecora's, a certain spirit of the night approaches the middle aged mare with a proposition to once again turn her into Nightmarity. As for Spike, how does one deal with their spouse coming home with a new body and sharing it with a millennium old evil.

Seen as a hero by some and a horrible criminal by others, the Black Widow's most recent killing has caused a lot of stir in Ponyville. While investigating Private and Twilight get into an argument over the situation. To solve this, Cadence casts a spell on the pair of them that suddenly transforms them into Dusk Shine and Pruena Oculia. While learning how the other gender lives the pair have to get used to their new bodies before the Black Widow claims her next victim.

Claire, the dracony daughter of Rarity and Spike has always been known as a strong fearless female. But it wasn't always like that, there was once a time where she did indeed have fears, and they almost consumed her. But one night, while she was cowering in fear from the monsters that were born from her own imagination. Her mother entered her room and taught her the most important lesson of her life.
