The dreaded day has arrived for Pinkie. The day she must tell her best friends about her relationship with Rarity, who, personally, can’t understand why Pinkie is so worried about telling their liberal minded friends.

But, as the event unfolds, it quickly becomes obvious that her hesitation does not stem from where Rarity thought it would.

Princess Luna must go on a diplomatic mission to the isolated city of Marem, and is tasked with choosing a suitable traveling partner to accompany her on the way. She does not choose the talented and magically-inclined Twilight Sparkle, nor the quick and loyal Rainbow Dash, nor even the strong and talented Applejack. Instead, she surprises everypony by taking Pinkie Pie with her and leaving without a word. Not even Celestia can guess the reasoning behind her sister's choice.

For whatever reason, Princess Luna and Pinkie Pie set off to find and negotiate an agreement with the mysterious community of unicorns located beyond the borders of Equestria. What they find there will impact not only Equestria's stance on foreign policy, but the very lives of the two ponies at the center of it all.

Pinkamena Diane Pie; Pinkie Pie remembered the name. Haunting her past and family name, she's always wanted a normal life as a filly. Now in Ponyville, she's got it all. And she does not want anything to ruin it.

But when Nightmare Moon comes back, she's forced to confess and face the truth. And who would have known that she wasn't alone...

[A/N] The cover art is one of my favorites from the comics. It doesn't have much to do with the story, or does it?

A young Changeling Princess makes a deal with the Devil to save her two unhatched daughters.
But the chaotic Devil is a fickle and devious creature and one should always be careful about what one wishes for.

Now set in the backdrop of the most prestigious Canterolt wedding in centuries, the Queen comes to collect what is rightfully hers.
But will she get what she had asked for so long ago?
Will the lives they have lived up until this point be compatible with hers and her races?
And more importantly, will they ever see her as their mother?

Pinkie bounces into the throne room of Twilight's new castle, invites her over to Sugarcube Corner, and reveals some dark secrets that make Twilight reevaluate everything she ever thought she knew about Equestria, its princesses, and its ponies.

Written for the More Most Dangerous Game Contest, this story didn't reach the finals.

Once she got her wings, Twilight found herself with three times the magic to study. She's been spending time with her friends since, the better to understand how each does what she does.

Now it's Pinkie Pie's turn, and she thinks it's best if they discuss her abilities in her heavily soundproofed room. A bit unusual, but it's not like they'll be doing anything actually dangerous, right?

Right?

Set between Seasons 3 and 4. Written for the More Most Dangerous Game, using the Cupcakes prompt.

Pinkie doesn't tell ponies about Pinkamena and Surprise. The doctors said that they were bad for her, that they were a disease, but she disagrees. Sure, Pinkamena's a bit of a grumpy-pants, but she's still a great friend! She's often the voice of reason to counter-act some of the other two's crazier ideas, after all. Surprise, on the other hand, is a great prank-player, and always up for some fun. She's more like Pinkie, only more hyper. Both are great fun to be around, and they get on well.

Thing is, she knows that if she told ponies about them, then they would be dragged back to the hospital. And then be 'treated' again. None of them want that. Because of this, not even her best not-in-head friends know about them. The three of them have, for years now, been careful enough to keep the existence of Pinkamena and Surprise secret.

This has, of course, gone out the window now that Twilight is hammering on the door after overhearing one third of a conversation, with no sign of anyone else talking.

Hints of F/F shipping inside. Nothing will actually come of it here, though. Maybe in a future story.
