When Apple Bloom can't connect to the Canternet, Applejack has to do the most painful, horrible, unspeakable thing she's ever done: call customer service.

Twilight Sparkle just can't find enough time in the day. She has to study friendship for the Princess, hang out with her five friends, and juggle her own hobbies and interests besides. But when a novel solution presents itself in the form of an experimental new spell, will it solve her time crunch, or will she be distracted even further?

Twilight Sparkle is aware that the manipulation of matter at the sub-atomic level is a potential source of enormous amounts of free energy. She also knows that this is extremely dangerous, and that these spells are only for the highest level unicorns. She is therefore somewhat concerned to discover that Pinkie Pie has found another way to do this, with a curious contraption in the basement of Sugarcube Corner.

What's this? An entire world inhabited by talking equines? This inner dimensional portal full of bees outta put a stop to that.

Feeling lonely and out of place so close to Hearth's Warming Eve, Twist wishes she had never been born.

When the peaches have finally had enough, they exact their revenge.

And there is only one... only one instigator in their sights.
