This story is a sequel to Friendship is absolute chaos

With a strict deadline to control their new Chaos magic, Twilight Sparkle and her friends must cooperate against the temptations to use their powers for selfish reasons and fight to maintain control over them.

But they quickly realize there is more danger to their new powers than they realize and soon, so will everyone...

Discord grows tired of Twilight and friends not getting that chaos magic is unlike theirs. So he then decides 'What if they were to see it for themselves'... And that was how Equestria was unmade.

[This story was a long work in process and I'm hyped to show it, this story would have been pretty subpar were not for my editor George. I owe the awesomeness of this story to his skills.]

Part one of the chaos trilogy

Being reformed has really agreed with Discord. He gets his freedom, he has new friends, and all he has to do is not unleash his powers on all of Equestria. It's a pretty good deal.

Unfortunately, not everyone's happy with Discord's face-turn. A group of strange creatures are accusing Discord of behavior unbefitting of a Lord of Chaos. But Discord's not worried. He's a spirt with near-infinite power! It's not like they can take him to court.

In this story, Discord gets taken to court for behavior unbefitting of a Lord of Chaos. With Fluttershy there to help him, Discord must try and prove that turning good hasn't made him any less of a chaos-monger. If he fails, it'll be bad news not just for him, but for all of Equestria.

And with Discord representing himself, the odds don't look too good.

This is a story about the Sunset from the Wasteland Timeline in It's A Screwed Up Life.

Reading the other story isn't necessarily, well necessary, but will give context, specifically the chapter Tying Up Loose Ends.

Plans can change rapidly, with no time to counter.

Sunset Shimmer learned this the hard way.

She had gone through the mirror and spent her time in that world plotting to take over Equestria, to prove to Princess Celestia that she was indeed worthy of being a princess herself, that Celestia was wrong to expel her as her personal student.

However, those plans are now dead, along with Equestria itself.

If not for a strange filly who could defy the concept of reality itself, she'd have been trapped in a dead Equestria, all on her own, destined to die alone.

Now, she is stuck in the world beyond the mirror... and must face up to all she's done there in her years at CHS, as well as figure out how to move on to a future she never could've foreseen.

Will she be able to pick up the pieces and forge some kind of life for herself in a world that was never her own? Or will she fall into despair, with nothing to live for now that all she knew is gone? And why is there a child who seems to grasp Sunset's pain?

Sex tag is because human world, so duh, and high school, so, obviously talking about it will come up eventually.

Romance is obviously for Flash Sentry since, with this story taking place BEFORE the events of the first movie would've happened, Sunset had yet to break up with Flash prior to entering the portal and unknowingly being trapped on the other side.

Huh. In Popular Stories 10/08/2020. That is something I needed to brighten my mood after today.

However, when his new pony friend discovers a dark chapter in human history, Klein must become humanity's defender, arguing that humanity and ponykind aren't doomed to kill each other.

A difficult task, especially since his own family's history is marred by that dark chapter.

This fic is a slight AU. The Equestria Girls world doesn't exist.

After Discord's reformation, he decides to have a bet with Princess Celestia. Wanting to see her chaotic side, a bet was made between the two. For one whole week, Celestia will agree to become a draconequus, to see if she can control the powers of chaos itself. Celestia agrees on the condition that should she win, she gets to transform Discord into whatever she wants for a week in turn. However, Celestia has many secret desires and it doesn't take long for her to start abusing her new chaotic magic...
