This story is a sequel to A Scientist of the Bermuda Triangle in Equestria

After the Events of the First Story, James get a mission by the Order of Celestia. "Learn the Friendship of Magic, and protect them if danger approaches." (Although as a hobby, he can continue his experiments) James now has to continue as the "Scientific Advisor of Equestria" as he goes on adventures based on the episodes on Equuis Prime.

I have gone by many names in the past, including a man named "John Smith", on another planet called Earth. Now, my ship is wrecked, I find myself on another planet with other creatures similar to humans named "Ponies". These creatures are harmless, mostly. I find out that just like Earth, some myth and legends are just as real as aliens on other planets.

I plan on renting the apartment owned by two ponies who's names are Vinyl Scratch and Octavia. I find out through time that they aren't really who they seem to be, and also a old aquantince enemy seems to want them dead.

"This should be fun."

What if there was another world as well as yours, and both were in danger? What exactly would you do?
That's exactly what Indy and Daring are asking as they are called upon by a Interdimensional Being who asked for their help. They soon think that it was all a dream, when they realized that they've changed... physically.

Some where and when in Space-Time, there is a Restaurant that floats between realities. Between Fiction and Reality, is a Restaurant that floats with a taxi that travels through the stories, hiding in the background... until someone wrote a Mary Sue into the story.

With time ticking, The Character, with the help of others, Twilight, Pinkie, and some others, they will try and defeat the anomaly known as... Mary Sue!

After "Project: Equestria" was shut down, James gathered the team from that project and moves them to their new project on the university's 12th Floor. The elevator works (Although no one knows that, except for our group), and it's the only elevator to have a 13th Floor button.
Now the group have to prevent the programs from escaping their reality into ours. To do that, they must help perfect "Project: 13th Floor" as they prepare to enter
