So here I'm stuck in Equestria, in the form of Mewtwo from Pokemon, FUN!
What's not so 'fun' is that my appearance is frightening to most ponies. It doesn't help that I can only communicate by projecting my thoughts into the minds of others. Now I need to find some way to convince the Princesses that I don't want to harm anypony, and that there's something bigger is happening.

When you after being alone for so long suddenly have friends. What do you do? The answer you protect them with your very life, and that's just what I did and because of it I died and now watch over the country of Equestria and work to keep it safe. Now if only my body would hurry up and regenerate so I could come back.

Princess Luna is isolated in Canterlot Castle.

She is always alone during the hours of the night, her only companions the cat-eyed guards that stand stoic at each doorway. She longs for company through each passing night, and knows in her heart that a much simpler life would fit her better. Deciding to wander the world for a night, Luna leaves the castle.

Trixie Lulamoon is rejected by high and low society.

She is always alone as she travels between shows, her only companions the passing winds. She longs for company through each passing failure, and knows in her heart that she was destined for greatness. Deciding to try again in Canterlot, Trixie sets off to try and make it by sunrise.

Destiny has played its' hand.

After Discord was returned to stone, it became obvious to Celestia that the Bearers could no longer be afforded their comfortable lives in Ponyville. In order to prepare them for the future challenges, expectations, and destinies that come with bearing the Elements of Harmony, Celestia and Luna inform them of what waits at the end of their destined paths, and begin to guide them down it.

A more action oriented take on MLP with new magic, more villainous villains, and mature themes.

Like most Displaced stories, Majin Buu was human once. Unlike most however, instead of getting on the wrong side of the princesses, Buu joined with them to protect the world from evil and to preserve Harmony, until a wicked sorcerer sealed him way. Now a thousand years later, Buu has returned but now he has the attention of a god, one that will not hesitate to destroy his home. Can Buu save his home, or will it wind up as stardust?

In her youth, Twilight Sparkle discovered a way to infuse technology and magic. 20 years after her breakthrough, she is now the CEO and founder of Sparkle Industries, and one of the wealthiest ponies in Equestria. Her relatively perfect life goes sour, however, when she is captured by a group of griffons who want to steal her technology.

Twilight Sparkle presents a collection of interviews, letters, essays, poetry and prose compiled over several years of her relationship with the human Bellerophon and his "herd", covering subjects as broad as Equestrian social taboos, comparisons of earth and Equestrian mythology, romance and the occasional recipe. Compiled by Twilight Sparkle, with foreword by Her Royal Highness, Princess Celestia.

(This is a bit of an experiment based on the worldbuilding concepts presented in AnonAuthor's Xenophilia [[NSFW] - caveat lector!], which intrigued me enough to want to take a closer look. It's likely you'll be very confused by this unless you read at least some of Xenophilia. Updates will appear as and when an idea pops into my head for a thing to add. And fair warning, some of this might come across very dry and dusty. Thank you academia! And thank you AnonAuthor for letting me have a go, and both AnonAuthor and AnonponyDASHIE for all the collab work they're doing. I'll make up for the dust by tossing in the odd piece of art now and then.)

It's Rumbles' first day of school after moving from Cloudsdale to Ponyville. Everything should be going fine. However... at the local bullies' instigation he finds himself embroiled in a race with Ponyvilles pluckiest flightless Pegasus...

Twilight is the Princess of the Stars, but there's something about them that Celestia neglected to mention. Celestia rules over the ponies, Luna over the batponies, Cadence over the crystal ponies, and Twilight will now discover that her subjects are nothing other than star ponies.

And when one falls into her library, she realizes that her job is a lot harder than she thought.
