After ascending to Princesshood, Twilight decides that it's time to really take the notion of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body" to heart. She has the "Sound Mind" bit down (mostly), but years of sitting inside hunched over a book has given her quite a bit of ground to make up on the "Sound Body" front.

Fortunately, she has an athletic friend to help her out.

When the HMS Equestria sets out on her maiden voyage, they're doing nothing more than charting nebulae is search for different forms of life. Officially, that's all they're doing. But, behind sealed doors in a dark room, select crew members are part of a clandestine investigation of a growing faction within the Federation.

When Princess Celestia tasks the Mane Six with reforming the Spirit of Chaos, they aren't exactly thrilled about it. However, they are still determined to try... even if most think it isn't worth the time or effort.

But when they free him, Discord has other plans. He transports them to another universe, another world, locking away many of their memories and leaving them in a strange and different world in forms they aren't familiar with and their elements drained.

But luckily, Friendship really is magic, and there are those in this world who are ready and willing to help the Mane Six restore their memories, and the Elements of Harmony, so that they can return home.

And if their absence in one world and presence in another causes some chaos? Well, then a certain Chaos spirit is perfectly happy with that!

This story is a revision of my original idea. The original idea never made it here, but I tweaked it to something I'm happier with.

Of course, Sweetie Belle is curious. All these expressions and words that had never been explained before.

She had to ask in order to have her answers, and poke her little muzzle in all the places in order to have the answers she sought.

If her mother Rarity and her friends were upset, it would be a small price, or so she had reasoned.

Confusion never is the answer.

Pinkie Pie, the Pony on the mind of the entire village of Ponyville. Throwing the parties and in general keeping the mood and morale at an all-time high.

Seemingly all-knowing and wise, she is the center of any and every party. She is fast and powerful.

What she isn’t is the Pony you cross or lie to.

What she doesn’t know, may not be worth knowing. On the other hoof, she had the tendency to let you know. Then she demonstrated just how wrong we all were.

The one thing she does forget, is her Birthday.

When your life is as dull a gray as the world that surrounds you, the mundanities can make it all seem meaningless. Sometimes all we need is a little color -- or six -- to reintroduce us to what truly makes life worth living.

Pinkie Pie had found me the perfect collar and handed it over to me. Naturally I had asked her since I knew she would only sell the best, whatever she sold.

I wanted an awesome pet, but could think of only one available; so I asked Fluttershy, who agreed. Why ask any pony else; only Fluttershy could be that awesome pet, for me.

I placed the collar around her neck; and together we observed and experienced her changes, into my very own pet. This is a very special moment in a Pony's life, and I did not want to ruin it.

We had chosen to house our wedding at the Crystal Empire, and to have it at the Annual fair. In part, it is to help Cadence raise the spirits of the City, in order to renew the spell.

There was another part of this, we need her blessing in what was about to come next, since we desire to have foals of our own, though we're decidedly Mares, and intend to stay this way.

The second ceremony was aimed towards this goal, and with all the most powerful and gifted, including Celestia, Luna and Cadence, for starters, this would change the world, at least for the two of us.

What this would do for the empire, or Equestria, is yet to see, in a few years time.

The Crusaders are looking for the perfect gift for Scootaloo. Twilight is testing out a new spell on Rainbow Dash. When Twilight is distracted for a minute, the crusaders whisk Dash away leaving nopony the wiser.

Will anypony realize the incredible Rainbow Dash balloon is more than a pool toy?

This one day, just after I left my bed, it occurred to me, there is a world outside of my home.

I guess there is a reason why I had been living on the second floor and had a balcony, on which I apparently never had been yet.

Maybe I had merely lived here for about a week, enjoying the Muffins and Cider for breakfast every morning. I couldn't complain, though there is more to life.

Now is the time to explore, just what this did mean to me.
