On the eve of Hearth's Warming Eve, as Luna raises the moon, she is visited once again by the very entity which drove her to madness. Resisting it's influence, Celestia and Luna hatch a plan to end this once and for all.
One which works too well with unforeseen consequences.
As the nightmare loses it's power, it plummets to the earth followed by an explosion of Power that the Royal Sisters know too well. However when they find the epicentre of the explosion they are shocked to see an Alicorn with no memory, and no name.

Yet the question remains. Why does it resemble Luna so much that they could be twins??

Follow the story as this unnamed Alicorn makes her presence into Equestria, for better or worse.

Celestia and Luna were born as unassuming foals in troubled times. But already marked for greatness, the simple earth ponies stand to face a world set against them, full of danger, fear, and sadness. A world they will change forever.

A sweeping epic taking place before Equestria was made, where Celestia and Luna must rise from normal foals to become the Princesses we know them as, beset from all sides by monsters, other ponies, and even the forces that govern nature. Their tale is as tragic as it is triumphant.

Nyx Can't seem to sleep, although that's probably due to her Aunt Pinkie Pie promising to shoot her out her party cannon in celebration of her Seventeenth birthday. But Nyx wants something else for her birthday, answers to the question of how exactly her mother came to have a dragon hybrid as a brother, how she made friends with a slightly psycotic party animal who has no respect for the laws of physics, a slightly stuck up but extremely generous and beautiful fashion deigner, a brash but loyal and all around daredevil of a Peagasus, A stuborn as a mule but honest to the core apple farmer, and a socially terrified pegasus who's afraid of heights, can befriend any animal, and has a death stare that would shame Celestia. And of course The all important question of how she became an Alicorn. Luckily for her these things all tie together.

A scientist by the name of Hoji has been researching and developing a portal to another world. Section 9 takes in interest in Hoji when reports of black market military equipment sales point towards Hoji's lab. Major Kusanagi eagerly follows Hoji to the new world in order to find out just what Hoji plans to do in a new world with enough weapons to start a massive war. A living meteor has fallen, bringing the threat of Equestria's destruction. The Elements of Harmony have broken, following Rainbow Dash's ultimate sacrifice to protect her friends, and they scramble to solve the mystery while the world prepares for war. Moving forward is hard with Rainbow Dash dead.

But peace in the world beyond proves elusive to Rainbow, and she'll never let her friends down when they need her. Not even death will stop her from coming back.

Celestia has dropped a bombshell on Twilight. Her, growing wings? How can a normal--well no, she's no longer a normal unicorn: Normal unicorns get old; she hasn't.

What is she, then?

The Canterlot Caverns are a strange and enigmatic place, untouched and forgotten by pony-kind for centuries. So when a strange metal object is unearthed in their depths, it's up to Twilight Sparkle and Lyra Heartstrings to discover the many secrets it holds.

Together, the two of them will have to do their best to understand the remnants of an ancient civilization, and decipher what remains of Those Who Came Before.

As it turns out, this story is eerily similar to Lyra Heartstrings and the Hand of Man. Due to their similarity, I feel that it would be appropriate to give said story a mention.

We All know the original story of the TV series My Little Pony FIM. This is a story where Twilight Sparkle is Princess Celestia's daughter and Princess Cadence is Twilight's older sister. Follow Princess Twilight as she goes from being a cute little baby filly to where she comes to a time in her life where she will be chosen to defeat Nightmare Moon, and free her long lost Aunt Luna. She must befriend the mares of the Elements of Harmony in time to defeat Nightmare Moon and save her mother's kingdom from eternal night. How will the events play out with all of Equestria, including the elements of harmony, knowing she's a princess? Well, only one way to find out every pony. Please Read and Comment, and I hope for no flames. This is my first Fimfiction so don't be to hard on me. I do not own any lines or characters from My Little Pony TV series, only OC's I may throw in.

Princesses Celestia and Luna are in for quite a shock when they get a surprise visit from their own parents: The rulers of the galaxy itself, King Artemis and Queen Solianna.

They haven't visited Equestria in two million years, and are excited to see what a great job their little 'Tia' and 'Lu-lu' has done. Unfortunately, the rulers of the galaxy are a bit 'out of touch.' What will they think of Luna's temper tantrum 1,000 years ago? Or Celestia's humiliating defeat at the hands of a giant love-bug during the wedding?

And of course, what about their faithful subjects, especially Twilight Sparkle and her rather interesting companions? And what will the subjects think when they realize the creators of the galaxy are just a couple of wackjobs?
