Twilight isn't having a very good day. An experimental spell blew up in her face, an army of changelings is attacking Canterlot, and she just died. Yet somehow, it looks like it's going to keep going downhill from here.

Given the chance to correct what's gone wrong, Twilight swears she's going to fix all this even if it kills her. Which it will. Frequently.

In the darkest corners of Equestria, evil lurks, watching, waiting. But the time has come for that evil to come forward and destroys Celestia’s empire. Twilight sparkle and her friends form the elements of harmony, the only source of magic able to stop this evil. When a dark tyrant captures the bearers, he destroys them, or so he thought. Saved by Twilights magic, the six ponies are transported to another world, and they must find a way to save the world they hold dear, as well as the new world they have found, from the darkness that pursues them.

The night before the real wedding of Princess Cadance and Shinning Armor, Twilight finds herself in trouble. Still feeling hurt and alone when her friends, brother, and mentor all abandoned her to comfort the fake Cadance, Twilight notices her coat has lost it's color, just like it had when Discord had made her lose faith in her friends. Fearing that something serious might be going on, Twilight visits the Canterlot library, where she finds a book by none other than Starswirl the Bearded, and about the journey he went on to create the Elements of Harmony. Feeling inspired by the book, Twilight takes off on a journey to follow in Starswirl's hoofsteps, hoping that it will help heal her wounded heart, and once again show her the magic of friendship.

10 Years before the Battle of Reach, the Human-Covenant War rages out of control, with neither side gaining the upper hand. When a damaged Covenant Carrier, crash lands on Equestria, Ponykind finds itself drawn into the war when the Covenant attack, forcing them into an uneasy alliance with the Covenant's sworn enemy: Humanity

After discovering that Cadence is not who she appears to be, Twilight is sent to another world entirely by the disguised Changeling Queen to avoid her plan being disrupted.
When Twilight lands, she discovers that not only have Spike, Owlowiscious and Peewee followed her, but that they've arrived in a world where the main sentient species is human.
There's still a place where they teach magic, though.
Crossover with Harry Potter. Twilight will be effectively taking the role of Hermione.

I've marked this story as cancelled to reflect the unlikelihood of it continuing. If I do come back to it I'll revert that.

Twilight Sparkle realizes that Rainbow Dash has been keeping a secret from her ever since the Mare Do Well incident. When she goes to confront her about it, she finds out more than she bargained for. And then Twilight reveals that she's been keeping something from her friends ever since the Royal Wedding. Now everything is out there; harsh words have been spoken and a once strong friendship hangs in the balance.

Everyone knows how easily forgiving Twilight was in "A Canterlot Wedding" but what if she wasn't? Instead, Twilight becomes resentful and lashes out on how they've left her. Will she ever find a way to forgive them?
