This is the story of a young pegasus stallion, or you specifically. After the passing of your mother, and your ever increasing distant father, your brother has never felt safe in the cloud home. Afraid of heights and normal life in Cloudsdale, you decide to abandon your former life to start a new one on the ground, in a town called Ponyville. While there you find a cute mare that runs the local post office who goes by the name of Ditzy Doo.

Summer vacation means no school, but it also means long days often without anything to do. What is any pony to make of such a thing? This series of stories explores the many feelings of summer for the denizens of Equestria.

But as the Pony and her become close, she learns a secret and must harbor it for her new friend, but is the secret worth losing the crusadors trust.

To get there, though, she needs to do a bit of growing, and first of all she needs to learn how to fly. A new invention from her friend Doctor Whooves may get her there in no time at all, literally before she knows it.
