There are some things that time cannot heal, some wounds that life won't let us forget. These are the scars that are bare for the world to see, and they are reminders that no matter how happy we once were, we are no longer. But still Rainbow Dash takes the trips that festers the wounds and opens the scars, because no matter how awful she feels, forgetting would be worse.

However, she soon finds out some interesting news that one of her good friends, Rainbow Dash, might be interested in her as more than friends. But can Twilight accept this news, or will she rebuke the rainbow maned mare? What chain of events will this set off?

Scootaloo has always kept one small fact about herself from her friends, and she hoped to keep it forever. After reluctantly telling Rainbow Dash what it is, the two pegasi, the older in particular, learn what a sister truly is.

This story takes place between S3 E6, through S3 E7, and beyond into its own tangent. The only canon I, well, ignore would be what transpires after S3 E7.

I don't have any pre-readers or editors, so if anyone wants to do that then just say so.

Caring for an Alicorn can be hard. Especially when you’re in an alien hive, you’re a xenomorph that chewed its way out of said Alicorn’s chest a few weeks ago, and the Alicorn you’re trying to care for, A.K.A. Left only with a promise to keep in touch, Rainbow Dash struggles to convey her feelings, and to figure out what the words were that she couldn't say on that last snowy night at the train station before Twilight left. As everyone slowly drifts apart, Dash will have to put in the effort if she wants to keep her friends together.

Rainbow Dash turns thirty, and it's just like any week, month, year, or decade of her life.
