In the aftermath of a concert gone royally wrong, Pipp Petals must make her daring escape from the castle alone before she can be arrested along with her mother. When she stumbles across the crown jewel of her kingdom, the smallest princess decides to live up to her duty and protect the family heirloom from any would-be thieves.

At least, that's the plan...

Rainbow Dash and Twilight are sent into the multiverse by touching a shard from the Rainbow comet and they are separated as the result of it but they're not alone. At the same time, another multiverse versions of themselves also touched the shard of their own world comet. Both groups are on quest to not only get back home but also have to go through the multiverse to get to find each other but there's a problem. They don't remember each other names or why they need to find each other...Meanwhile(and the main story), other versions of themselves are showing up at the crater of comet shard site and are trying to understand what's going on.

Neither Hitch, Izzy, Sunny, nor Misty have ever inquired about it. Not even Zipp knows why.

But with one misstep, the truth becomes revealed.

An experiment in mixing past and present-tense storytelling.

Sunny Starscout had been looking forward to celebrating Winter Wishday this year, not just because of her new friends being part of it, but also learning all the different holiday traditions that each race celebrated as well. Most of all for Sunny however, she was eager to show them all a sight that hadn't been seen in Equestria for many years, a moon so rare and majestic that it has inspired legends and tales, the Winter's Blue Moon, said to have been named as such by the legendary Princess of the Night herself so long ago. Sunny had confidence that the very moon her father once witnessed himself would finally rise again, and with the recent reunification of all the pony races, it was the perfect time to see it happen.

You've been in Equestria for a while now, and you've been in a romantic relationship with Sunny Starscout during that time. But what you didn't know is that since this world is dominated by ponies instead of humans, Sunny decides to show her affection to you in a way one would least expect.

Sunny Starscout has always been seen as the outcast of her home of Maretime Bay, reason being that the three pony tribes shouldn’t live in fear of each other, but on one particular day, something very strange had happened. She herself is capable of magic!

At the same day, she meets Izzy Moonbow, a unicorn who had unexpectedly came to town to meet new friends… that doesn’t goes so well. And to make matters weirder, a magical pendant had reawakened the spirit of Friendship and Harmony herself, Princess Twilight Sparkle!

Now on the run, Sunny, Izzy, and Twilight must find a way to reunite the three tribes in Unity, all the while dark forces hunt them with a goal to forever destroy or rule Equestria with an iron hoof.

This story is a sequel to Marking the Generations – Part Two

Marking the Generations is a reimagining of the later stages of the Make your Mark series. Follow the adventures of Sunny, Hitch, Izzy, Zipp and Pipp as they make a new friend in Misty and meet two ponies from a past generation.

Twilight Sparkle has always done her best for Equestria. As her reign finally ends, she realises her final decision to safeguard Equestria will have consequences. However, let it not be said that Twilight Sparkle ever left Equestria to its own devices.
Calling on Starlight Glimmer and Sunset Shimmer. She transports them through time to assist the new generation to identify the Elements of Unity and defeat the evil she was unable to alone.

In part three of four, Opaline's plans are kicking up into a higher gear as Sunset Shimmer inexplicably appeared at the door of her castle. Whatever plans Opaline has for her they are surely going to be a Nightmare for her new guest.
Will our heroes find the door to Misty’s Key? Will they find the Dragon Lands to warn the Dragon Lord about the Dragon Stone and help Sparky finally recover? Will they find the Elements of Unity and defeat Opaline?

All are questions that are waiting to be answered within.

Luna has been more tired than usual. Celestia is worried about her wellbeing, so she asks Anon for his help, not only because she's been extremely busy with her royal duties, but also he's dating Luna, so it makes the most sense for him to help. What Anon discovers makes him wonder if pigs do really fly.

They don't, but hey, could you really blame him for asking?

In Maretime Bay, the Hearts and Hooves Day tradition is not yet widely accepted among the ponies. However, Sunny Starscout and Zipp Storm both want Hitch to be their Valentine. As the situation unfolded, it became increasingly tense.

Opaline has finally been defeated, peace has been restored to Equestria, and all is well. But Sunny still has a few lingering, nagging questions that beg to be answered. And there's only one creature who can answer them: Dragon Lord Spike.

Journeying back to the dragon lands, Sunny requests another audience with the old dragon. She wants to know how he became dragon lord and why he left Twilight Sparkle so long ago, as well as it must have to do with Opaline.

Against his better judgement, Spike decides to share his memories with Sunny. And in the process, he might finally come to terms with some difficult parts of his past.
