Rainbow Dash really likes kissing Applejack. When things go a little bit beyond kissing, though, the relationship between the two mares gets difficult in all kinds of ways. But Applejack knows that marefriends talk to each other, and she's sure that somehow everything will work out in the end.

Cheese Sandwich keeps a lot of his thoughts to himself when he's around Pinkie Pie. For a party pony, he's still awfully shy. But today he’s going to slip up, think out loud when he’s barely awake, and say a lot more than he meant to.

Pinkie Pie is always happy to see her friend Cheesie. And this time, it’s not party pony business; it’s a really real visit just to see her! He’s so much fun to play with, and he thinks the nicest things about her, but she wishes he’d say some of them. Listening in is starting to get awkward.

This is a sequel to "Goodbye, Boneless." Technically, if you're trying to read in sequence, it also falls after "Flash and Trend Steal All Your Waffles." CheesePie, of course.

Applejack a normal farm pony who's whole life is devoted to kicking trees and making cider. Rainbow Dash a normal weather pony who's whole life is filled with rainbows, flying and being awesome. These two ponies are close in a compliantly platonic way until one very special hearts and hooves day when Princess Cadence comes to 'share the love'. This leads to some other problems. There he reunites with Pinkie Pie, who is just as energetic as ever. Though there seem to be certain feelings between them, that keep intervening with their friendship.

Then she thinks up quite the plan - flirt with her friend, tease her, anything she can do to make apple pony think a little more highly of her and admit who is truly the greatest. As time passed she fell deeper in love with Rarity even as she became more certain those feelings would never be requited by her friend.
