Living in a studio apartment has its upsides. It's quiet, easy to clean, and it's all the space you really need! In fact, being in wide open spaces is kind of a problem for you, and coming home feels amazing after a grueling day outside. It's lucky you have Twilight there to make you feel comfortable and safe whenever you finally shut the door behind you.

Still, there's some part of you screaming that this safety and comfort isn't entirely a good thing. Feeling safe can't possibly be bad, can it?

Based on those "Not Doing Harmful Things" memes all over Deviantart, written on a whim. Wasn't sure I was gonna post this, then I saw somebody else do something similar and figured, what the hell, why not? Also, no offense to Dan-The-Jerk, his story is cute and wonderfully written and all, but I'm fed-up with stories where Rainbow is this damaged mare who needs help healing her broken widdle heart. Are you kidding me!? She's freakin' Rainbow Dash!

Ever since you have arrived in Equestria, you have been an outcast. Not because of your personality or looks... well it's mostly because of your looks. Ponies here tend to be a lot more Xenophobic than you first thought. But now, you have had it.

And yes, there will be a bit of OOC in this story.

A lone urban explorer has found the body of a deceased woman. Her name: Sunset Shimmer. She rests upon a book that glows as it beckons to be read.

Though her body is cold, something stirs. The explorer will find out the hard way that some bodies are better left undisturbed.

Kris, Steven, and Dusty are three brothers... not in blood, but in arms. Kris and Steven have been together since the beginning, and their newest member Dusty has been with the war hero's for two weeks. As the three men race to survive the sudden surprise they found in France, they escape death by the skin of their teeth, but it wasn't any walk in the park. Steven is hurt, and the squads sharpshooter can no longer see. For these three war hero's, to them, war never changes, but when they end up in a situation that is beyond human comprehension. The three men are the last hope to help save the world from a dark and powerful force... one, that is far worse than Hitler's Elite SS troops.

How will the heroes survive and will they ever make it back home? Well even they don't know, they only have each other... and their new squad mates to rely on.
