Twilight Velvet is enduring the unique pain of a mother saying goodbye to all of her children, left alone in a home too big for her. Imagine her surprise when she begins to find friendly notes and gifts left around the house for her by a loving husband. But - surprise! They are actually the bumbling attempts of the evil Changeling Queen Chrysalis to kidnap her and ransom her to Twilight Sparkle! But when things take a turn for the worse with the changelings, will Chrysalis and Twilight Velvet be able to work together to save a life?

Chrysalis attempts to kidnap Twilight Velvet. It does not go as planned.

This story was actually nominated in several categories, as it's funny, and it's sweet. It ended up winning The Fluttershy because the heartfelt moments are what really stood out the most.

It is finally time to hear from a mother's perspective, as she unwillingly divulges the events of that tragic evening in her own words.

After Shining Armor and Princess Cadance all but obliterate the changeling army with their magic, Queen Chrysalis awakes to find the twisted corpses of her subjects. Blinded by grief, she's forced to make the decision between enacting her revenge against the Princesses that caused this calamity or saving her remaining subjects. It shouldn't be such a difficult decision, but what if saving her people means sacrificing herself?

Just how strong is Chrysalis' love for her changelings?

After the invasion of Canterlot failed, the Changelings were given a strict rule by their Queen. No Changeling was ever, EVER, allowed to speak of that failure for as long as they lived, neither were they allowed to utter the name of the princess who defeated their Queen, lest they pay the penalty of Death.

One Changeling accidentally lets slip the name of the princess during a meal, and immediately Queen Chrysalis sentences him to die by stoning.

His execution doesn't go the way she had in mind, though...

This story based and inspired by one of my favorite scenes from Monty Python: Life of Brian.

The Spring is Sprung Feast is a yearly tradition in Ponyville, full of food, fun and dancing into the early hours of the morning. Derpy asks Rarity for help 'dressing to impress' when Cloud Kicker sets her sights on Time Turner as her date, but Rarity finds that she gets more from helping the clumsiest pony in town than mere job satisfaction.

Applejack is at the mercy of this unknown source as she is pulled to carousel boutique to seal her fate with Rarity in one sweet simple kiss.

This Pinkie Tales installment is a parody of the fairytale classic 'Beauty and the Beast'. Be prepared for shocking characters, terrifying villain attacks, and an over-inflated egos!

Pinkie Tales are a series of fairytale stories told by Pinkie Pie to the cake twins as a bedtime story. She uses herself and her friends as the characters and much hilarity ensues!
