It has been forty-five years since Queen Twilight Sparkle first discovered her lineage and claimed her birthright, forty-three years since she became Queen of the Hive. And never has it been harder on her than when a new power in the Undiscovered West makes itself known to the world.

The New Kingdom, another land of ponies. Unicorns dominate The New Kingdom, left behind during the founding of Equestria and ruled by their ruthless monarch. Their threats soon come, and ponies and changelings alike are left in a difficult position. One that may drive the Queen to the brink and destroy the fragile peace between Equestria and the changeling hives forever...

Sunburst has a secret.

He is deeply and utterly in love with Shining Armor and Princess Cadance.

Though, honestly it's probably best that this stays a secret. Shining is a stud and Princess Cadance the most beautiful mare in Equestria. They're way out of his league and happily married.

It's just a bunch of dumb day dreaming and childish fantasies. They couldn't possibly like him like that.

It had been a simple, simple question. A natural one, even. One she was surprised she'd never asked before. So naturally, once she'd realised that she'd never asked it, Twilight Sparkle had to do the most logical thing and ask.

In her, relatively speaking, not too short life, she'd always thought that no question wasn't meant to be asked. No answer, no matter how life changing it could be, should have not been given. Truth was a principle above the needs of the individuals, and it was always the right thing to know more of it.

It was in those spirits that she went to Celestia and asked that questions. And once she received her answer she realised she'd been wrong. Very, very, very wrong.

Twilight Sparkle is a simple student from Equestria Elementary, mostly content with keeping to herself and focusing on her studies. But all that changes after a field trip to Belle Industries where she finds herself on the receiving end of a genetically-enhanced spider bite (due to the bumbling of a certain wall-eyed girl).

As the side-effects become more and more apparent, unknown to her several of the other spiders ended up getting free and have escaped into the city! Over time the victims of their bites start to surface, each one stepping up to defend their city.

But as time goes on, more superpowered individuals start to surface as well... and not everyone will use their new powers responsibly...

Fluttershy asks Twilight what happens after death. Or if there is anything that occurs before life. The answer, it turns out, is complicated.

Inspired by a rather silly miscommunication between Krickis and I one morning.

In over a thousand years of life, a lot of things can happen, especially when you're busy dealing with things happening to you in the present day.

So many stories left behind, so many details lost to time, and so little time to depict them all.

These are short stories that help flesh out the lore and characterization of the story in Aria's Archives, focusing on the past of the Sirens. The lives they lived, the kids they had, the good times, the bad times, and more.

All of these events are canon to the events in Aria's Archives but are not required to enjoy the blog, though reading the blog will help with the enjoyment of these stories. You can read the blog from the beginning here!

An eight-year-old Gallus is visited by a strange spirit from another world. He doesn't know where it came from. He's not sure when it appeared. And he has absolutely no idea why it chose him, of all griffons, to be its friend.

All he knows is that he never wants it to leave. And if that means hiding it from everygriff in Griffonstone, then so be it.

Anon wants to live a simple life but ends up in Equestria with the powers of an (Eldritch) God. Weeks after his arrival, Rarity buys him a diner/bar as a welcoming gift and business franchise where she can get her clients. Anon then works at his diner/bar and successfully lives a simple life, though things get more exciting each day for every pony he meets. Anon also occasionally uses his infinite powers to poke a little fun. Good slice of life stuff.
