Just when she thought the situation couldn't get any worse, she is called upon to solve a problem of love. Discord and Sombra's love problem. They are severely lacking love. So what does this stressed mother do? She puts Discord and Sombra in charge of her child. Join her as she desperately attempts to hit all her metaphorical birds with just one stone.

Twight was being extra once again, she was trying to cast spells while flying. She trying to get better at it so that she could keep up with all the other alicorns. Unfortunately, she lost her concentration. Luckily Discord caught her just in time. While she was thankful for that she was more worried than anything else. Why? Because Discord seemed to have a heart murmur, after a lot of convincing and bribing twilight finally gets him to agree to a medical exam. She just wants to make sure her friend is ok, but its also Discord. So that check-up goes about as well as you'd think.

It's been a couple of years since Discord, Luna and Celestia teamed up to fight their boredom. Every month on the first Tuesday they take over Equestria but last month they went too far. In their efforts to win the flag Discord turned Princess Twilight into a quesadilla. Now Princess Twilight is bent on revenge and will win no matter what it takes.

Is it necessary to read The Switch? No, I think you could figure out what's happening. Would it make more sense to do so? Yes.

Twilight now has full reigns over ruling Equestria. Celestia is left with very little to do and the boredom is starting to get to her. Just as she starts to wonder what she will be doing for the rest of an eternity Discord shows up. He has an idea, she should rule for just one more day and in addition, they should switch places. That's right Discord rules as Celestia and Celestia is now Discord, whoever breaks character first looses and has to serve the others every whim.
