Maybe I should read the story, but now I'm not so sure. Is this even Spike we're talking about, or some guy wearing a Spike suit? Was Spike a guy in a suit the whole time?

Not bad, second person is always a bit of a challenge because of it's out-of-the-norm status. There was a lot of humor, and, admitably, the romance was lacking. I feel a short, the morning after, and Spike actually getting those sheets would really add some depth.
