I didn't know anything about MTG before reading this, but I could read in the lore blanks by converting the entire thing over to Vampire: The Masqurade instead.

The art on the card looks like Olivia's right hand is resting on her left knee (despite both feet being visible at the opening of the dress). The art in Eric Deschamps' portfolio very clearly has Olivia simply holding her dress out as she floats. I don't know when the alteration occurred, but Eric's got a time-lapse on YouTube of his process when creating the picture, and her feet were both at the bottom from the very beginning.
