I- don't think you understand what a Mary Sue is? Or atleast understand that it isn't fitting this context. The guy is an earth pony with no special qualities to be told of, that was the whole point and it was never said otherwise. The whole point was to just poke at the idea of someone knowing the future and them having a bad personality, wanting power in exchange of knowledge.
Also with the whole featured thing- You can just say "Not my cup of tea" and be done with it, you dont have to be rude and insult me whilst mocking the story. It was a concept I put out as a one-shot.
Also the term for the male variant is Gary Sue

I don't know if he's like a Mary Sue, but Celestia gave him all kingdom too quickly and for no reason.
I've already seen a fanfic that started the same way. It ended very badly.

I don’t know why he wants the entire kingdom of equestria . That’s a lot of work and responsibility to care for an entire nation.
He’s probably going to accidentally collapse the economy and get forceful removed from the throne . Plus what’s his plan now because of his choice he effectively diverted equestria from the show so his “ future vision “ is now useless
