Very good story.

Depends on what I'm aiming for in the clop.

Late contest review. Just… what? This story is such a mishmash of different ideas and bizarrely strung together scenes that it’s difficult to discern what is actually supposed to be going on. I can’t even tell what type of tone it’s trying to go for, with jarring cuts between this weird relationship drama between Pinkie and Maud and just ridiculous attempts at comedy that make no sense. It seems confused as to whether it wants to be upfront about their relationship or more subtle, ranging between simple implications to outright saying it. Unfortunately, it’s also painfully blunt in its presentation. It really feels like the story structure is just “and then this happened”. Like, oh there’s a snow storm, oh there’s a party, oh Maud and Pinkie get caught fucking. Nothing has any continuity or consequence, and the ending feels horribly tacked on just to fit a contest premise. Really, the only thing I can say that could be good about this is the potential to be so bad it’s good. Like, if this were produced as a short film I think I would laugh at just how bizarre and nonsensical it is. But as a contest entry, it has to rank near the absolute bottom. I could be easily convinced that this wasn’t even written with this contest specifically in mind.

what's the cover art?
