It is pretty hard to demean or belittle him if they can make his dick bigger by him drinking their milk. Fluttershy and other ponies can adjust their size to some degree. Since Fluttershy was able to undo the damage her giant body had done and could go back to normal size. If even said size is huge.
It's kind of up in the air where this story goes. Fluttershy has been enhanced in strength so I imagine it's going to be pretty painful. He can't die unless he breaks his vow. But the ponies won't let him die either way even if he refuses his vow regardless.
